The staff were friendly, but the whole place is very unorganized. I recently moved to Ontario and needed to find an orthodontist and someone to fix my dental bonding. My first appointment I show up and they had me in for a cleaning, this was not at all what I needed. Next appointment I had a consultation. Then I go to get my bonding fixed which took three times as long as it should have. He told me the way I wanted my tooth shaped was the more “masculine shape” and he wanted to leave me with gaps that were not there before. It’s been about two months and it chipped so that is also great. Then I had an appointment booked for a retainer and I showed up to them being closed. Overall I will not be going back.

Had an great experience on my first visit, will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff! Completely amazed by the dental services.

I been coming for 9 years as a patient. They make  feel comfortable and make feel safe when I'm here. I say it like this as I'm terrified of dentist. For me to be willing to go the dentist with no fear. And the fact that they are open weekends and late hours makes even better .

These dentist are the best. Omg great service, they are very friendly and they take time when cleaning. They don’t rush and they explain every process of what they are doing so you understand. This is the best place for any dental work.They also make you feel very comfortable if you are afraid of the dentist. I would recommend headwater dental anytime. Love them
