Meldrum Orthodontics

I went to Dr. Meldrum when I was 13 years old for braces, I had them on for 2 years. I am now 20 years old and I am extremely disappointed with his services. I never got a retainer for my bottom row and even with knowledge of my mother's teeth shifting, he failed to take into account the later complications and now my entire bottom row has shifted even with having the bar behind my teeth. In addition to all of this, he messed up my jaw. He assigned me elastics and took off my braces before my jaw was corrected which has left my jaw cracking HEAVILY ever since. I AM DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND.

Dr meldrum is a fantastic orthodontist! He has given me a beautiful smile. All of the staff are exceptionally wonderful and friendly people. The offices are beautiful and always very clean. I’m so grateful for everything they have done and the kindness everyone has shown me. I would give more stars if I could. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Meldrum is a really nice person and I always enjoyed chatting to him. I like most of the staff too. Lindsay has always been very nice and easy to talk to. Ursula is another story though. She is rude. I was told when I got my braces and paid $6000.00 that everything and all future visits would be included. When my wire started to come off a year after my last visit, I called and she answered the phone and told me there would be a charge depending how much of it came off. I was shocked and said that I was told that I wouldn't have to pay for any repairs etc. She got snotty and in a really sarcastic tone asked me if I expected a 'complimentary' repair. I felt horrible at the way she treated me and told her to forget it and went somewhere else to ha e it fixed. I wish I could recommend Meldrum Orthodontics, but as long as Ursula works there, I wouldn't do that and have her subject them to her disrespectful attitude. Sorry Dr. Meldrum.

Dr. Meldrum and staff....I can not thank you enough for taking my kids as your patients. They came home today after seeing you and they were extremely happy. Happy kids, happy mom

Wish I could give 0 stars. When I was a teenager I got braces from this guy. He pulled teeth and made huge gaps so I am now paying thousands to have my teeth redone. 4 years I went into that office, and I never even got a decent smile. My dentist can’t believe what he did to my teeth, says pulling all those teeth was unnecessary. And I’m not the only one. I know other people he has done this to. Go anywhere but here, for your own good.

Outstanding experience overall. Both the staff and Dr Meldrum were great and my smile is perfect. Never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my tightenings. Very efficient!!

My teeth are so straight now and I definitely recommend getting your braces here. They are also so gentle with my teeth. Thank you Meldrum!
