I loved my experience at Sekai from beginning to end! This is my favourite place downtown Toronto for nails. It was so easy booking an appointment with them over email. I had sent a photo of the manicure design I wanted and they set expectations on what they could do, which was realistic and professional. The salon itself is clean, polished and super cute. At the salon, everyone working there was friendly and my nail technician worked with me to get all the colours right. She was extremely thoughtful and took a lot of care into recreating the nail design that I wanted. I really felt like I was being pampered. It didn't feel rushed at all versus a lot of places that treat the nail salon experience like a factory operation. I got a shellac manicure with custom design and regular pedicure for $100. Highly recommend and will return.
Great recently renovated nail bar on queen street west. The interior is very luxurious and feels fresh. Clean as a whistle. My nail tech was super nice, took her time and was very professional. Everyone in Sekai nail bar was very friendly. My standard two colour nails were $30 total. Would recommend.
I had a really wonderful experience here with my bf, bestfriend and her husband. We showed our nail artist a picture of what we wanted and they stated they could try their best although it wasn't as closed to the picture i wanted it turned out really great! They got the color down perfectly and my nails are small so doing the art was difficult but overall the experience was nice and i love how my nails look.
I have gone to many nail salons throughout my life, including Majesty's Pleasure, and Sekai is by far my favourite. Their customer service is second to none, and Marta at their front desk is the main reason for that. My nails are always painted beautifully, and Marta always helps me pick the right colours, encourages me to try new things and also encouraged me to do a pedicure - which I normally don't enjoy. I very much enjoyed my pedicure at Sekai though. An all around A+ nail salon.Services: Pedicure
My favorite place in Toronto to get my nails done! I especially love their signature pedicures with the warming booties. It is so relaxing and leaves my feet super soft. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and friendly customer service is why I keep coming back every month. Highly recommend.
The best nail salon in West Queen West! The atmosphere is beautiful and everyone is extremely welcoming. They are very gentle ensuring to take care of the integrity of your nails.
We had a ladies reunion and booked this beauty bar with a liquor license. We had a combination of manicures and pedicures, seated side by side as well as neck and shoulder massages. We brought our own champagne and wine and were served with their glass ware. This location was very easy to get to and is a more quite area of downtown Toronto. Inside the beauty bar, it has modern white decor and because it is a corner unit, there are many windows which is nice. Overall, we all had a great time. I would have given it 5 stars but my shellac had already chipped the very next day which was a little disappointing. The workmanship and service was great but I do believe it was the quality of the shellac that was lacking. The beauty technician did mention that the colour that I had chosen was a NEW colour that they had just received.
Got the Warm Sekai Signature Pedicure and it was alright. The massage wasn’t much of a massage in my opinion, it was very short and gentle so I probably wouldn’t get that service again if I go back. Over all it was a nice experience and I’d recommended visiting
Staff is friendly and the experience was relaxing. I will be back to check out that laser hair removal option.
