Dr. Sang was wonderful! I went in for a consultation, he was very easy to talk to and very helpful. I appreciate his opinion and honesty very much. I would definitely recommend friends and family to see him in the future. Thank you for your time Dr. Sang. I also really enjoyed talking with Debbie at the front. She was very lovely.
Excellent in every way. Dr. Kim is professional and so friendly. My 87 year old father who is hard of hearing was treated with such tolerance and kindness. New dentures comfortable and looks good. I highly recommend Platinum Denture clinic!!!!
Dr. Sang and Debbie were a wonderful team to have, especially as my new smile was a three year long project whereby they had to work closely with the dentist who took care of the implant and extraction stages. My new denture was put in place last week, and there has been zero issues in fit and appearance. There was a real sense of team work to ensure that my dentures were perfect for me and to ensure a natural look. A week into wearing the dentures has me enjoying foods that were avoided for many years. Biting into a raw carrot again was incredibly satisfying. :
Both of my grandparents have their dentures done here and they always have amazing things to say about this clinic. Dr. Kim is very attentive and works fast to ensure that there’s no discomfort from their dentures! Debbie is also super friendly and creates a warm and welcoming environment :
Thank you Dr. Kim and Debbie! I live up in Northern BC and we did not have a Dr near us but the service I received from Dr Kim and Debbie was outstanding. They were very accommodating to me and my travel schedule and was with me all the way during my transition with my partial dentures. I can call at any time and can come back for any tightening service whenever I’m back in town. I highly recommend them to anyone who has any denture needs. Thank you both for all your help in making it such a smooth transition!
This clinic is fantastic. Great service, on time in seeing clients and great aftercare. The fit was excellent and I honestly cannot say enough good things about the clinic. The staff are helpful and kind in what can be a stressful experience. 5 stars are more than deserved.
My wife and myself had dentures done in this clinic. Very nice and calming atmosphere in the office. The doctor's assistant Debbie is very welcoming and professional. We noticed that she also nicely decorates the office depending on holidays. Dr Sang is very professional and accommodating, so much so that he was able to make last minute changes when I changed my mind. Amazing that neither me nor my wife have had any discomfort on wearing our dentures first time. Thanks a lot Dr.Sang and Debbie! Rasim and Naila
They are really great at this office. I get so many compliments on my full upper denture. Looks like my own teeth. They have guided me the process with alot of care. Would definitely recommend!!
After a few visits getting full dentures, I am happy to say that Sang Kim's workmanship is very professional and exact. His attitude is personable and he makes sure that I understand exactly what is going on. I also find Debbie a joy to deal with. Highly reccomended.
