I highly recommend McMurray Denture Centre. They booked us in quickly and were incredibly kind. When we met with Dr. Hamid, he was knowledgeable, clear and really listened to my father's concerns. They went above and beyond and provided us with information on Alberta's Dental Assistance for Seniors. We really appreciate everything they've done for us.
My wife went in for a consultation to possibly get a bridge put in for a tooth that was extracted. He said her teeth and gums were in great shape, that she should get an implant instead, something she was not too keen on doing. He helped guide her through the process and the difference between a denture and an implant. In the end, he convinced her to get an implant, something they don't do there. Hamid definitely showed that he cares most about the person, not the pay-check.
Just had THE MOST AMAZING experience at McMurray Denture Clinic on Franklin Ave.. Girls were awesome and so friendly when we arrived. The Denturist was so sweet and totally AWESOME... so friendly and THE BEST EXPERIENCE we have had in a very very long time... would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone out there looking for dentures or repairs...can't say enough good things about them! Hope everyone at the clinic has a wonderful day today. Thank you for making our day a pleasant one
Currently my mother is going to this clinic to get a new set of dentures. We have not even gotten as far to have an impression taken of her mouth and she has sat in this denturists patient chair 4 times. She has been told by the denture clinic that they could not get the screws out of the implant she currently has in her mouth, and was asked that she book an appointment with rivercity dental because they have the proper tool to get the implant out. Once she books an appointment with the dentist then she has to call and book an appointment again with the denture office. So far today she has been to the dentist office twice and the denture clinic twice. To sum it up, I am not impressed with how this office is currently treating my mother, they are a monopoly in town and they know there is nowhere else to go. At this point we may proceed with going to the Rivercity dental office and have her dentures sent to the denture laboratory in town. Please note customer service is not a strong suit for this office, going forward I hope they realize it is not the patients job to coordinate appointments with another office because your clinic doesnt have the proper tools. Stay tuned on how this ends. **Update** Well I must say I am pretty impressed with how McMurray Denture handled my review and their professionalism with admitting when there was some things that could be improved upon. They read my Google review, knew which patient I was referring to and treated my mom with the utmost respect even after I left the not so kind review. They actually spoke to my mom about the review I left and apologized for the inconvenience. My mom is extremely happy with the work they did and I am extremely impressed with this local business. Thank you McMurray Denture!!
Had new Upper and Lower Dentures made here with Jason. The Lower Denture is an Implant retained Denture which can be challenging, but had them inserted today February 28th and Couldn’t be Happier with the Results! If your considering implant retained Dentures, Jason was very knowledgeable and did an Excellent job with Accurate Impressions which ultimately makes for a Perfect Fit! Thank you, to Jason and his Team, for giving me, my smile back! Great Job!
I took both my parents to this clinic and they were nothing short of amazing. The staff were caring and compassionate. The attention to detail is second to none, and they made sure all adjustments were done until they were happy with their dentures. Thank you mcmurray denture centre for your amazing work.
This clinic was recommended by a family member so I has no idea what to expect. I was delighted and amazed by the costumer care and attention to detail. The staff were always friendly, on the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of their services.
