My apoligies Wasif Adman for your experience at our dental office. Unfortunately, however, even though we are open on Saturdays & Sundays, insurance companies are not. We will always see our emergency patients, but without any method of verifying their insurances they will be required to pay for the visit upfront. Then we always give the proper paperwork for them to get reimbursed by their insurance. Our hands are tied in these circumstances, but it is always our policy to give the patient an estimate upfront. Then the decision is theirs to proceed or not.

Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Hygiene staff is amazing, and all the doctors are kind and patient. I have had nothing but great experiences at Peter Pond Dental.

stay away from this scam bags. Stay very far and look for a better dentist. I went there in Saturday I had an infection couldn't open my mouth all the way I have coverage .he started operating on my ny injecting me after that he told me exactly like this I have to pay him 500 bucks upfront to finish his job and I can follow the insurance I told him why should I and I was in pain. He told me like this You are in pain and I'm the only one open. This idiot actually screwed my mouth with a worse infection and the law suit is stil on. Stay away from this scam bags.

Hi friends, I have been there for a regular check up and then I got some cleaning done too. I loved the service that they provide. Best part about this clinic is their emergency walk ins with which they try to assist you some way instead of just not being any helpful. Loved the doctors and staff, they are all so professional and polite. They give you one on one time till the patient is satisfied which is again very helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I was able to get in quick for an emergency dental issue. They are not very fancy, but they are efficent and effective. If I ever have another urgent issue, I will be sure to go back.
