Food was gross, forced myself to take a few bites of the western burger .it was bad! Couldn't even make it home and got sick.the ceasar dressing was the fishyest , nastiest smelling dressing ..now I know where the name comes from because you have to have a plan b for another dinner.....one and done experience for us.
Burgers are dynamite, bourbon was smooth but the poppers were outrageously spicy, a bit much for us, if you love a spicy dish I recommend this appetizer. We split the flourless chocolate cake for dessert, very rich but a nice end to the meal.
We walked into Plan B Burger Bar with high hopes. Sadly, our expectations were burned, much like the burgers we received. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, our two beef burgers arrived a full 40 minutes after ordering, resembling nothing more than overdone, dry, cold hockey pucks. We sent the burgers back, hoping for better ones, but after 30 more minutes none arrived. The house manager personally came to pacify us with the excuse that they were grappling with a deluge of DoorDash orders, and promised a “rush” would be put on our re-order, which should have been done in the first place. After 15 more interminable minutes, our replacement burgers failed to materialize. We gave up and decided to leave. As we stood up to depart, the burgers finally appeared and the staff left us to cram them into boxes. I sampled one burger in the car and was marginally more pleased with it, though it was still a bit overdone. The second burger was a complete disaster, exhibiting the same overcooked, leathery texture as its predecessor. In sum, our experience at Plan B Burger Bar was a woeful culinary disappointment. The only silver lining was the joy of leaving and the chance to avoid further disappointment.
Starving and needed food. I was starting at the Hilton and this amazing burger place which has a four star feel but a 3 star price. Great burger and drinks and Aioli and fries and Ashanti was my server and she was very attentive without hovering. Will be back. They did not have the pulled pork appetizer and that did disappoint.
I had the blue cheese burger with bacon in the grass no bun. Cooked perfectly. I had a side salad instead of fries, and everything was great. The Ladies room was ok, clean. The towel dispenser was broken and there was a roll of towels on the counter. One stall was out of order. The server was attentive. We had the cookie ice cream sundae...we did need the knife to get the cookie in pieces. Overall the meals were great.
Good burgers with Good service. Nice presentation. Prices were good. Drinks were very good. We all had burgers and everyone loved them. Tater tots are always a great choice.Recommended dishesTater Tots
Got here at 5:15 and sat at the bar. It was not busy at the time. Experience started off really great. The bartender was exceptional, friendly, engaging and attentive and the drinks were delicious. Our appetizer came in a timely fashion. By 6:45 however we still didn’t get our food and the only reason we got it then was because the bartender kept going back and checking on it. I had ordered the fish and chips because I can’t have them often because I have Celiac’s disease. There was three very small pieces of fish and they just weren’t good. I enjoyed my fries though but was really disappointed that I spent $18 on fish scraps that took over an hour to come out of the kitchen.
Bartender was great. I would advise not going around lunch on a Sunday. The kitchen was backed up because of the large number of Door Dash orders. Our wait was longer than ever. The food tasted great and was warm not hot as it always has been.Food: 2/5
We went here last night and I will never be back. Took almost 40 minutes before they took our order and then the first 4 things on the menu we ordered they were all out of. Once we ordered it took forever for the food to come. It was very mediocre. I ordered a side of Mac n cheese with my burger. You could tell the pasta was stale. They must cook it well in advance and then add cheese sauce to order. It was so not good. We were a party of 6 and will never return. I also ordered the black and blue burger and it come out with one little onion on it. I would presume it was supposed to have more onions than that.
Watched our food be accidentally served to the wrong table by the kitchen staff. Then our server Damaris tried to serve us the food that sat unattended at another guest's table. Upon requesting it be remade she announced loudly "guess I'll throw it away" and stormed off. Then to add to their mistake she came back and told us our meals would "take another 20 minutes because they are now at the end of the line" this is no way to make up for the restaurants mistake and is poor customer service. Upon being told this we paid for our soft drinks and left. Usually a restaurant tries to make up for mistakes not doubles down on their mistakes by making a customer wait longer.
