I went to Plaine and Son to rent a bike for the day. I got there right when the store opened and was greeted at the door by the friendly and helpful associate, Robbie. He offered free coffee and explained that all used bikes for available for 24 hour rentals for $40, which sounded reasonable. He was very helpful in helping me choose a bike while also helping other customers. He also rented me a lock for free since I did not have one. Looking around, prices of new and used bike for sale looked very reasonable as well. I'd recommend Plaine and Son for all your bike needs!

My wife went to your shop On 11/27/2017 to try on women’s cycling clothing. The salesman a tall gentleman with blonde hair kept following her through the store and ws close to the dressing room as she tried on the apparel. If this is a issue then he needs to reprimanded. She was very uncomfortable with the stores professionalism. Will not shop here again and definitely will not send anyone there. If I could give you a negative review I would.

Love this bike shop, very knowledgeable staff, super friendly. They let me ride their new fat bikes around the shop while my wheels were getting trued. Their prices are very competitive too, online is always cheaper of course, but if something is needed in a pinch, this shop won't break the bank.

Paid $85 to get my derailers adjusted since the chain kept slipping and i couldn't get it to shift into 3rd gear. They fixed the gear issue, but the chain still continued to skip going up any incline. Took it back a 2nd time just to have someone tell me that it is "a common problem that most bikes have." Best part is this is off a 3-5 year old bike I bought from them, which I've hardly ridden. I'm sure their are better places out there to go. I would take your business elsewhere.
