I had a wonderful experience at your park because i considered this tall statue very beautiful and historic, this park is well maintained and clean, this park is in the heart of this city and the time i visited here, no too people than usual was here. I will suggest this to visit when you're going to Old Quebec.

Calm place to spend the afternoon. There are always free street performances and tips are well appreciated of course. I watched a couple doing magic tricks, a juggler and comedians, they're all good. People do gather so make sure you arrive early to grab a good seat.
