Go to Quebec City! One of the best spots in all of Canada.
Great park in the middle of the city. Nice quiet atmosphere with a waterfall and beautiful flowers all around.
Not much of a park in the winter with all the snow, so don't go out of your way to visit this unless the weather is nicer.

Nice garden in the city. Lots of benches and the fountain is nice. We ate lunch here and saw lots of people coming to enjoy the quiet. It doesn't have open green space to sit on it's all cement with benches and garden beds but the trees, fountain, and flowers give it a very peaceful feel.
