I've been a customer since it opened, but lately things have gone from bad to worse. I have 14 prescriptions, and according to the clerk on Monday afternoon, I was condescendingly told that I should calculate the number of pills myself and tell her how many I wanted for each prescription. Furthermore, the dosage for some of them isn't accurate because they received several faxes for the same medication during the week. Finally, I was supposed to be called about missing doses, but they forgot, and I had to ask for them because they were sitting on the shelves. The service at the dispensary is unfortunately very poor; I'm starting to understand why customers are leaving. Visited March 9th around 1:30 PM. Even better, they called me back Tuesday evening to ask if I really wanted the medications... which still haven't been prepared. I used to love this pharmacy; it was young and dynamic, but unfortunately, I think a change is necessary.

On Saturday, October 11th, I called at 10:00 AM for my medication because I'd run out. I spoke to a young man who told me they would deliver it. By 4:30 PM, nothing had arrived; the pharmacy closes at 5:00 PM. The pharmacist I spoke to didn't want to hear anything about how I was already going through severe withdrawal and my panic attacks were starting to flare up again. She told me it was 4:30 PM and there were no more delivery drivers available at that time, which I found ridiculous. Unfortunately, I couldn't call the day before, so I went to work the next day still going through withdrawal. I couldn't afford to lose a day's pay. Then, the following day, I had to call again because they never put me on the delivery list. This isn't the first time I've had problems like this, and honestly, I'm going to change pharmacies where they care about their customers instead of letting them suffer through withdrawal.
