They prefer to sell their stock to other BMRs than to sell what they have to their customers.nnRevision: The owner took the time to contact me later to explain the situation a little more. In summary, they offered me a replacement product and supported me very well thereafter. I maintain a 3 star rating because their online inventory is not representative of what is available on site and in my opinion this should be corrected.

Do not follow the clerks' recommendations. They talk about things they don't know. If you follow them and realize it was nonsense, the supervisor says it was up to you to do your research that he is not responsible for his employee. I was waiting for a return call and promised to call me back the same day. Worried, I called 2 minutes before closing and he left without ever calling me back. I will never do business with them again and I will not hesitate to talk about my bad experience with the people around me.
