Hello, I brought new winter tires in a plastic bag without any dirt and I had a clean vehicle before arriving at your garage. It would be appreciated the next time that when a customer comes to change tires you wipe down a cloth to clean a little before handing over the keys. Poor service. They lost my tires. All they did was sell me new tires at cost. They didn't give me the tool to remove the special nuts.
