I went for Plan b. The pharmacist was incredibly rude. I dont care what his values or beliefs are, this is Canada and we have birth control options here. It was obvious he didnt want to sell me the pill and when I insisted, he rolled his eyes and sighed.. Completely unprofessional. Those pills shouldnt even be behind the counter in my opinion..

You always wait for your meds. Even when they say come back in 2 days.nNot friendly staff in pharmacy.nnWe went to a different pharmacy excellent service

Very knowledgeable staff, always find what i need always someone to help bottom line great staff with a welcoming smile .

Called this morning the 2021-06-15 at10am and before I could say a word, a young lady answered and said call back and hung up. I called back 2 times after and both times, it went unanswered and cycled through the system 3 times. Meaning I had to press 2 then 5 again and again listen to the message of welcome cyclennYou get way better service at prescriptions and beauty than the floor clerk They use to be so nice and polite at the floor clerk service wonder what happened. Think they need retraining in how to talk to people, I am not their school buddy but a paying client, even if I am only on the phone.

Every time my sister calls to prepare her medication in advance the order is never prepared by the time she comes in... She’s been going to this location every two weeks for months now to get her medications you think they’d be on top of something like this... disappointing
