I’ve had ongoing for a long time. Calling them is almost impossible—calls drop, redirect to the main menu, or aren’t answered at all. My pill packs have been made incorrectly multiple times, with missing meds, added meds I shouldn’t take, or meds removed without explanation. I was also given multiple full bottles despite being documented as an safety risk. There have been serious communication problems that caused me to stop and restart medications unnecessarily, causing bad side effects. Today I called over a dozen times and was given different answers each time, including being told the owner wasn’t there when he actually was. It's also almost impossible to speak with someone in English, in a Billingual Province. I’ve switched pharmacies because these problems are too frequent and unsafe.

Pharmacists are knowleedgeable.nI call to have meds prepared, get there - they are not done- Waiting 1-2 hours for them to prepare.nCall to talk to pharmacy - wait on hold, then it goes back to main menu - repeatedly.nOften don't have enough meds on hand and they give you a few days worth -n.No respect for our time or travel.

I had called in advance to request a one-time transfer, but after waiting over an hour at the pharmacy, pharmacist Youssef Megaly was extremely rude and dismissive. Without having made any effort to call for the transfer, he simply said, “I don’t have time for this they can go to a different pharmacy.” It would have been nice to know that before wasting an hour of my time.That said, I do want to thank the pharmacy techs who were kind and respectful throughout their professionalism didn’t go unnoticed.

Worst pharmacy for prescription , 1st they had it and come in an hour , went the next day , not ready , waited over 1/2 hour and then discovered they don't have the meds in stock . asked to have it moved to another pharmacy that had the meds, next day still had not done it.
