I've had to pick up my own prescriptions when I have asked for delivery as I have no car.It has happened to me twice.They have called to even a sure me it would not happen again and it still happened! Not a satisfied customer😠

Worst customer service experience I've had to deal with in a while regarding the pharmacy technicians, and this coming from someone who's been working in the customer service industry for many years. I usually never write these kinds of reviews because I understand the various factors that can make one experience bad among many good ones, but this seems to be a recurring thing with the Embrun branch. Seeing as it caters to practically the entirety of the ever-growing town of Embrun, the pharmacy staff here is very much in need to step up their game.
