As many say standard jean coutu store and I have been going to pharmacies for 20+ years as an adult and only really noticed the pharmacist’s customer service skills at this specific store. As other reviewers have written the pharmacists at this location are awesome. Very patient and really caring. They take the time to explain things to you so well and are super helpful. Again you can’t leave there not thinking that they really want to help you. I wish I had names but I can picture a younger female pharmacist with flowing reddish hair and a slender young looking gentlemen with black hair and stubble that are incredible to deal with.

I went there to pick up two prescriptions. I asked for two different items. They came back with one. I asked for the second item as well, the pharmacist was extremely annoyed as if it was my fault the first employee didn’t fill both prescriptions out. She made me feel guilty that my doctor send prescriptions to the other jean Coutu and so they had to order it. She asked me again “do you really want me to order the other prescription” clearly annoyed. I said yes please. She went to the computer then decided to come back to tell me I can just go to the other one to pick up the second item. She was starting to get red in the face at how annoyed she was. The rudeness was unbelievable. So I told her it’s ok, I don’t want to complicate this for HER. Even the pharmacist I asked to speak to, to explain the medication was condescending and just couldn’t wait to leave the convo. I understand if they are busy but it’s no excuse for being lazy and for treating me like I’m an inconvenience. Poor service and disorganized. This is my neighborhood pharmacy so I’m disappointed. And just a side note, when I asked about what prescriptions I had and to explain what they were I was told “I don’t know what it is, why would I know?” Ok then!

Placed an order on-line that they seem to be having issues with. So I called to see what was going on. Karine went above and beyond to help me with yhe product I needed. Her attention was very appreciated. Great customer service
