Was browsing the beauty section and a girl came by to say I couldn't get the products myself they were placed like any other cosmetics stand at a Sephora and whatnot, but sure, fine, then I was told I couldn't carry the products in my basket if I wanted to keep browsing?? Preemptively treating customers who are about to spend a pretty penny on high end items like shoplifters is NOT the way to go. This is a Pharmaprix, not Louis Vuitton.

I bought a perfume that was locked with key .. she gave me an attitude when I asked the price cause it wasn’t written ..nwhat pissed me off the most is I know what this perfume smells like and unfortunately the one I bought smells expired and doesn’t smell good at all ! What a waste !

The reason I give a 3 star review is because I love pharmaprix. However, the new rules with no testers in the cosmetic section is completely inconsiderate. We cannot test our shades and you will quickly lose clients to Sephora due to this and clients will become very unhappy with all the money they waste trying to find the right shades for them! I can still find respect for the rules at the end of the day however, I also feel completely dissatisfied with my experience as a 27 year old who looks 17 have an employee harass me for not opening the bottles to test, which I wasn’t because I was already aware of the new rules. It made the whole experience uncomfortable honestly, maybe find a proper way to market having no testers so that your employees don’t come rushing around the corner making us feel like we’re doing something wrong when we’re adults and know better. Do not assume someone is underage and doesn’t know better! At the end of the day I was harassed for the rules, and offered no help to find what I was looking for. Do better please

I was shocked by the service from a poorly polite and young official who is not fit to be responsible even for herself. There is no respect for customers. I wanted to return some of the goods, but the way she spoke to me was disrespectful and I was very angry with her reaction
