PJC Jean Coutu

Went twice :n1st time a prescription took way too long to get ready.nn2nd time I needed advice from a pharmacist, again way too long wait. The pharmacist was unwelcoming and unprofessional, she was speaking in quite a loud voice even though my questions were about a sensitive subject and there were 4 people standing behind me and her colleagues were standing near her. I also was almost whispering, it felt like she was being loud on purpose and just wanted me to be done, I was very uncomfortable and ended up forgetting to ask some of my important questions even though I had waited long to speak to her.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star... the level of idiot at the lab here is unmatched. It's the closest pharmacy to my house, but I'll gladly drive to go elsewhere.

The cashier was extremely rude. An older woman brown hair, francophone. I placed my item on the counter and she told me “can you move your item? I’m standing over here” because I had placed my item in the middle of the counter instead of right next to where she was standing. I was flabbergasted. They don’t really need my business. I have now edited my review a month after posting as I did email the Jean Coutu as requested and no one has contacted me. Seems the department that deals either complaints is just as incompetent as the staff.

Their cashiers are the most rude, abusive, insulting & humiliating ever especially the older woman with the brown hairs was extremely abusive and humiliating . Think a hundred times before going to this merchant. I wish I couldn’t rate them with one star. I found their staff more than ever abusive & disgusting to the customers.

Older woman with brown hair at the cash was disrespectful, lacked training, rude and attempted to keep my receipt after a return of my item. She dropped my receipt on the floor after requesting for my receipt back. She didn't try to speak English though my french was lacking. She didn't want to help her coworkers either.
