Worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!nI had either the manager, assistant manager, or chef caissière… long brown hair with glasses and tattoo on hand… first of all worst attitude ever…I went for a simple service of blowing up balloons, this girl didn’t even say hi absolutely no smile and I had the impression I was bothering her… I offered to help place the balloons properly in the bag and she just replied NO ILL DO IT MYSELF well she did it wrong… all I have to say is that I hope no customer had to ever deal with her and the balloons service…nThank you

I don’t usually write reviews, but this pharmacy deserves it for all the wrong reasons. Every single time I go, my medication is either not ready despite calling ahead or they claim they don’t have what I need. The level of disorganization is shocking. And don’t even get me started on their phone service – whoever handles the calls is unbelievably rude, condescending, and arrogant. It’s a nightmare to deal with them.nnThe only reason I’ve kept coming back is because it’s the closest one to me, but at this point, I’m willing to drive further just to avoid the headache. On top of all that, the place always has sketchy people loitering around outside, making it feel unsafe for customers. If you care about your time, patience, and safety, steer clear of this place. Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.

This is the worst Jean Coutu pharmacy I ever been too . So today at 8:40 pm I went to the cashier to pay with my father , and my father was a little upset why there is only one person working at the cashier and there is two girls there one of them doesn’t work while there was a lot of people waiting to pay. So my dad asked the girl she was working why doesn’t she work and her reply was so rude. Well my dad said I have a store and I always have someone else work with me in the cashier area and her response was exactly like this “well if you have a problem go buy it at your store” like who talks to the customers like that ? Where is the respect for the customers???. It’s her way the girl who worked at the cashier at 8:40 pm on the 27th of August 2024 . Her way was so bad I’m disgusted and I will never come back to that store ever again

This is the worst Jean Coutu in terms of the pharmacy. I recently went through a surgery and needed a specific type of bandage for my scars. I went back and forth for TWO months trying to get this prescription because the pharmacists couldn’t figure it out. I went to another pharmacy in Montreal that served me in less than 24 hours. I am changing pharmacies and never coming back.

The cashier made a point to tell me not to use my reusable shopping bag and that I must use basket. How idiotic is that? She said there is a sign at the door about this, which there is not. I really don’t appreciate when employees make up their own rules. This is poor customer service.
