PJC Jean Coutu

It is not the first time that I leave this establishment upset, bad service, arrogant cashiers, especially in the photo service I have had to use it 3 times in the last 3 months always with different people and I have always had bad experiences, this was the last time I visited this pharmacy, I arrived at 7:39 and they close at 8, they told me that for the photo service I have to go at least 1 hour before taking the photos, they take 5 minutes max for the service…. What a lazy cashier

Thanks to the administration, customer service has greatly improved at the pharmacy in St Sauveur. All the personnel are very helpful and very gentle with customers.nnPrevious comment:nWe were always respected in all Jean Coutu pharmacies but the one in St Sauveur is just the opposite. The staffs are rude and consider themselves superior to their customers with no good reason. We were insulted a third time there today. A lady at the counter was not able to register our lotto ticket although the same was working fine in other places. She decided to fill it some more but in the wrong places. We told her that she made a mistake and she responded by telling us to calm down in a very agressive tone. From now on, will go to Uniprix, 5 minutes closer to our home and avoid Jean Coutu pharmacies at all cost. Respecting customers is a simple basic principle that should not even been discussed.

Another terrible service and rude pharmacist, who told me i was rude for telling them there's a problem because i waited almost an hour and the order was not as requested. She replied thqt i was not the only patient, butbi was in fact the only one there!nThis is not the first time for me, my family and friends have also had terrible and rude pharmacist there and long waits, errors and changes in monthly meds. Jean Coutu really needs to improve this!

Likely the worst experience I’ve had at a jean coutu. My prescription wasn’t ready despite being given a 5pm pick up time. Only when prompted was the medication put into the queue. The staff was extremely unhelpful or knowledge when I was asking a question about a cold medication. The lab tech male handling part of the process coughed into his hand and wiped his nose into his hand multiple times, in instances I only saw so I would imagine worse is done. I asked another tech to sanitize my medications and she didn’t say anything, no apology/no I’ll address it/ and did a terrible job sanitizing the bottle. We’re at a pharmacy during flu season and to have such terrible habits makes me question the level of incompetence that exists here and how there is no management oversight. I highly suggest a 101 course in proper health safety & pharmaceutical handling measures. Customer service is a topic I wouldn’t suggest approaching yet as I think the material would be too much for this group to grasp. I will never be using this store again. I may have no choice but to change pharmacies even though I’ve been going to Jean Coutu since I was a child. I cannot emphasis how terrible and troubling this experience was. I genuinely hope someone takes this information seriously, we go to pharmacies for treatment, not to be in contact with additional germs and no treatment options.

Always a pleasure to go to this drugstore! Friendly staff, sanitary mesures followed, even a great choice of sweets to satisfy a craving! Keep the good work!!!
