Wow I've never seen a supermarket so clean and topped off so well. Will definitely be back. Has a cheese counter like I have never seen and a meat aging fridge that's huge. Very,very nice

Worst meat you can find. We bought veal cotelettes and it was anything but veal. Worst of all, it looked like glued meat when we removed the plastic. Small pieces of meat held together by a transparent plasma is exactly what glued meat is made. Those who have the nerve to do that are dangerous criminals who don't care one minute about their customers' health. We are well aware what veal is, what it tastes and what's the texture is since we bought thatnfor decades. What we got at provigo was most probably low quality beef, disguised as veal. It was so hard that we couldn't chew it. Half of it went straight to the garbage. What a sham. Furthermore, a staff with a metal kart almost hit an old lady walking slowly 90 degrees from him. He surely thinks he is more important than customers and that elderley folks don't deserve respect and care. He is in for a surprise. All the family had enough of provigo and their abusing behavior. We will never set a foot there anymore, even if we are starving. Enough is enough

The store is nice but the cashiers are kinda unhelpful who clearly hate their jobs.. we needed their help at the self check-out but they ignored us kept talking to their colleagues.nIf I wanted bad service I'd go to Super C at least its cheaper!

Extremely rude staff. It is like you are bothering them when you ask a question. If you don’t like it there then quit. It seems that the desperation to hire is just anyone who comes in. Kindness to client is not important
