Uniprix Granger, Pinel, Halley et Leduc - Pharmacie affiliée

The first time I dealt with the pharmacy counter i was served by a rude employee who made it extremely difficulty for me to use my sun life insurance . Even thought I explained many times that my card was on my sunlife app the girl working the counter wanted nothing to do with it . It took having to go to an other employee in order to get my prescription . I told myself perhaps this was an off day . Unfortunately this is not the case. My husband had gallbladder surgery last week and on our way home from the hospital we stopped so i could get his medication . The same girl who served me the last time gave me a very hard time over the fact that she could not read the Dr signature on the prescription . When i explained that this was from the Montreal general hospital as the letter head said she very rudely told me she only recognized St jerome Drs. She was very rude with me , i spent almost 15 minutes waiting on her telling me that she would not help me unless she knew the Dr . I provided her with two other documents that had the dr name on it and she still wouldn't accept it . She called the Montreal general hospital twice she was hung up on twice I would assume because she was so rude with them on the phone . My husband who had just been operated on had to come in and show her his incisions to prove this was not a joke . I also reminded her that the prescription was for Gravol , Tylenol , and an anti inflammatory ... why on earth would someone make this up . Once she finally decided to fill the prescription she showed zero sense or urgency , it took an other 20 minutes to get our prescription . There was no one else waiting and 4 employees talking at the counter . Needless to say we will think twice before returning .

I went there, got what I needed, paid and went away. Not memorable, but efficient.
