Pizzaville

So I ordered 4 panzarottis last night it took over two and a half hours for it to show up I called the hotline twice 1 hour between each call the first time I called the lady told me it had just left the store and that the panzarottis we're going to be free the second time I called the guy told me that there was three orders ahead of me which were all out of town and my pizza was with her in the car so I could not go to the store to pick it up myself by the time it did show up it was so soggy from sitting in the Box for 2 hours that you couldn't eat it

The new owner at pizzaville lost all of his staff once he took over. I loved pizzaville and always looked forward to Friday night's, but our last pizza was totally horrible! It was so thin that it dropped when we picked up a slice and there was skimpy ingredients. We had 1 piece of pineapple on a slice and no more than 2 pieces of ham. We will never go back and are trying to find a new Friday pizza place. So disappointing!

Pizzaville staff was outstanding. I ordered five party size pizzas that would be delivered at different times throughout the day and evening to Midland Hospital nursing staff 2 North. Only one thing left to say is THANK YOU AND CHEERS

I have been going to pizzaville in Midland for many years now and never once had a complaint..until now. The last few times I've ordered from there our pizza or panzos have been soggy. But, more frustrating is the time they take to deliver. FAST FOOD is supposed to quick. I understand it takes time to make the food. But I have NEVER had to wait over an hour to receive my order!!! I called at 52 minutes from the time I placed my order and was told it could take from 50-55 mins and their Driver would be there any minute. He had literally 3 minutes to get there. ANOTHER 25 minutes later, I called back extremely angry and told them to cancel my order and they have just lost a good customer.

Pizza tasted old, ingredients were not fresh. Bacon tasted like it had been sitting in the summer sun for a coons age. Knots were burnt and service was slow.
