They truly don't care about you here. They know they can cash in big time on the weekend cottage traffic. I can't blame them for long wait times during these periods, but it's their negative attitude and terrible customer service on weeknights that has my panties in a bunch. My wife picked up an order and was a fifteen minute drive away when they called and said they gave her the wrong pizza. She requested they put a fresh order in the oven but they refused. My wife then drove 15 minutes back to exchange the pizzas. While there, they charged her an extra 5 dollars for the difference!! My wife argued but they still made her pay extra ... You would expect at the very least they would waive it for our inconvenience. When she got home the pizza was dried out and stone cold. We threw it in the garbage. I won't be back. We will support local independent pizza places from now on. I sure hope they didn't sell the other customer the pizza that was in our car for half an hour. It had broccoli on it and it happened on November 15th 2017... If that was your pizza.... , who orders broccoli pizza anyway?

Was there Monday July 17th first time. Ordered 2 large pepperoni, pizza was Awesome!!!! The guy's working were Awesome!!!! The price was Awesome!!! Great Service and Great pizza!!!! A+A+A+

You have to order at least 35 minutes ahead. It always takes them way too long to make a pizza. The pizza is very good once you finally get it though.

Very inconsiderate service! Called on a Thursday night at 9:10pm, after looking up the operating hours, on the website. Which stated that they were open until 1:00. A woman answered the phone, very unmannerly as I asked to order a pizza for pick up, she doesn't even let me finish the sentence, before very abruptly stating "we closed at 9:00pm" and hangs up on me. I have been to this location several times, as I live close and it has always been awful service. It is honestly too bad because I love pizzaville. They need to consider new employees or just get out of the service industry!
