The worst service/food ever Ordered for 5 wasn't ready for five. The chicken wings were cold called and complained was told to go back and get another set watched them pull out of oven got home which is less then 5 min from store bit into a wing and was cold and raw cheese bread wasn't fully cooked and pizza was like eating cardboard and cold..... Don't order from here horrible look out for your health. Also when I was there I watched a worker make a pizza as she was eating food.........
Caution caution caution Please it's my humble request do not order pizza from here it was really bad I ordered well done pizza and got lightly done. And the cheese is so light on pizza can't able to eat though. Please take care about others health
What terrible terrible pizza. Forgot our toppings, forgot one pizza without cheese, forgot to do it well done. Chicken bites taste like old grease. Cheese bread is undercooked. I called the main store and was told to call help line. Called help line was told they could only give me 20 bucks to order from them again. Anyways I don’t usually give bad reviews but this was a terrible experience. Sorry this was actually the worst pizza I’ve ever had!
Truly disappointed in the last 12 months give or take. Constantly never get all of our order unless we pick up and que them. Cheese quantity is never right, either order double cheese and is only a regular at best or give in and get regular cheese and it's a double quantity, sause is the same. Pizza is cooked too fast and veggies hard and only dumped in the middle. Nothing is 100% what you ordered and no consistent standards. We used to love panzerotti now a soppy mess, tiny or huge. Our friends and coworkers say same. I don't totally blame the employees. The last owners made it work. Show up and care people. Standardize, it will save you money, have happy customers and your workforce will work together better.
Moved recently to Midland and have been eating in and picking up at this location for one month and I must say Im a hard to please guy and at this store the food and customer service are the best Iv seen. Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make myself and while Im waiting for my order very friendly to all and you almost feel like their your family. Im not sure where some of the negitive reviews come from as Iv read here, but I rate all aspects of this store a 10+. Store is dated could use a inside face lift but I suggest change nothing keep that great pizza coming as Im really enjoying it.
Love the choices for vegetarian toppings here and the whole wheat crust. When they get it right, the pizza is fantastic. When there is a mistake, customer service always takes care of it.
My new favorite pizza place. Eat from here almost weekly. The service is great. I like their pizza rewards for ordering online it could still be better. Online they also need to update their pop selection or a spot to put a note with what you would like instead.
Delicious pizza and amazing staff. This was our first visit. We will definitely return.
Always get a decent pizza from Pizzaville. Pricing is good. Love their thin crust pizza. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend this location in Midland!
High turnover of employees, so they screw up or miss your order all together. Used to be decent. These days....poor rating. Too bad; was once good.
