Pizza Baker

So we came here as a first time customers. The older gentleman running the till was awesome super friendly and very helpful. We ordered the popular pizza that he said was great and a cheese bread. The cheese bread is really good, we ate both half loafs. The pizza came out looking really good, I like alot of cheese on my pizza so I was a little disappointed but I was still excited to try the pizza. The crust is really good, light, good crunch at the crust. The sauce was on the sweeter side which I like a tangy sauce so not my favorite but it was still good. The pepperoni and sausage was good a little greasy but still good. Overall a good pizza would try again just ask for extra cheese. Oh and if they made a homemade ranch it would go awesome with this Pizza.

Get the heatwave pizza. I love the jalapeños on the Heatwave pizza. Look at that jalapeño coverage! I am so glad that each and every bite of mine is going to be the same. As the website states, it’s best consumed on the spot. Luckily, how they cook it takes only a few minutes. When I ate their Margheroni, I was surprised how good it was. Great taste from good ingredients and the price wasn’t that bad either. To be fair, both days I ate their I found a hair. One in the crust on the first day and one in the toppings the next. Still worth 5 stars though.

The man that greeted us and took our order was so friendly. It was our first time and we decided on a Bianca with bacon. The pizza was sooo good and the crust is amazing. I’d definitely recommend it

Delicious, quick, and absolutely a perfect place for lunch. My wife and I got the cacio e pepe and margheroni pizzas, and a side salad. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. I highly recommend!Recommended dishesSide Salad

800 degree, wood fired! Hot, Fresh, sour dough crust- with outstanding staff/ownership. We eat at the Pizza Baker at least 1 time every month for lunch and its always on spot! The toppings are excellent, the Garlic and Bacon is a favorite. Their mission statement is lived and displayed in a excellent light by the owners and staff! I have taken many 1st time folks and they have become regulars just like myself!

Great Pizza!!! Great service!!! They have seating inside to enjoy and outside as well! Alot of different pizza options. Suggestion: try the hot honey sauce-- on anything! The service is quick and extremely personable!! Definitely a must try in the downtown Midland area!!
