We enjoyed our meals at Boston Pizza. The waitress was super friendly, and service was perfect. Four cheese ravioli with red sauce was very cheesy and portion was very generous. My new york strip loin was perfectly cooked medium. Very moist and tasty. Overall we had great time and the place is clean and comfortable. I will come again. Service was great. Friendly and helpful. Food is good. Boston Pizza has been around for a long time. I did this for two changes: French Onion Soup which I don’t remember on the menu and oven roasted wings alternative to fried. My wings came fast. Maybe 16 mins. Faster than the soup. But they were excellent. I skipped the Memphis Hot sauce and took regular hot. Was still great. French onion probably comes in frozen can taste the difference in well made stick, but wasn’t horrible. The crouton with cheese on top was a bit weak. Soup is a 3.6 and wings are 4.6 naked and a bit saucy. But you could probably modify any order. Good location for families, friends, dates and singles. Looks like they take care of everyone. Patio and lots of parking.
Jessi and Serge are fantastic. They made us so comfortable every time we visited. Food and drinks are always delicious and great values. We come at least once a week and very happy every time. Kid-friendliness: Staff is always so kind and friendly with kids. They have entertainment for kids like magic show, games, and coloring books. They remembered my son's name and didn't feel annoyed when he made a mess.
We accidentally missed our exit on the highway so we stopped in here for a bite to eat before continuing our journey home. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and we were so happy to have landed in there. I had the French Onion soup, the kids had the personal pizza and chicken fingers and my husband had a small deluxe pizza. I liked that there was a raw vegetable side dish option for the kids. That way they could share the fries and veggies with each other. Kid-friendliness: The kids were given an activity booklet and crayons.
I requested a takeout burger for my son, burgers and fries was made for sure at least in the morning and then microwaved, bun is hard and french fries you can tell easy its not fresh one, mac N cheese taste garlic, awful experience.
Highly recommend this location! Visited this location last night for a kids New Year’s Eve party and it was fantastic!! Well organized, staff were super friendly and personable!! Restaurant was clean, food was great and fast service! We will be back next year for New Year’s Eve again and throughout the year we come from Hamilton Thank you for a fun evening!
The manager Serg, had me seated at the patio straight away and Sam had my meal on the table with in 10 minutes!! The smoked Gouda and poblano pepper ravioli lived up to all the hype!! So full of flavour and oh so cheesy!! The staff was very friendly and inviting! The patio was clean and well spaced for anyone who has concerns of eating in public during these times. I will definitely be returning!!!
We have had a couple of terrible experiences with the take out from this location. First instance, during the summer of ‘22, the fries weren’t even cooked and my kids were disappointed. The manager feedback was that he couldn’t do anything about it. Which is terrible customer service. We didn’t bother arguing, because at the end of the day, it’s just fries. Second instance, Dec’22, we were shopping at that plaza and figured it would be quick to order on the app and take the food home. Big mistake. They didn’t get the order correct at all. We had a missing kids meal and the wings combo was the wrong flavour. Sadly it is 3 days later and they still haven’t given me a refund or anything. And it’s not from lack of trying on my part… We normally like Boston pizza and will continue to be a customer, just not at the Burlington North location. I would recommend going elsewhere.
Serge and Dolar are the the managers of the location,i have not seen managers and bartender Rohit this dedicated. His staff has always been awesome. Always rushing to serve customers . I have never seen managers and staff that are so attentive and that goes above and beyond for there customers. Pleasant and always making us feel like part of a family environment. The rest of the team, Courtney and Magdalena are also part of this team. They are all exemplary staff.
I’m usually not one to write reviews but I can’t let this one go. Came for dinner around 7:50pm on a Saturday night, the restaurant wasn’t even half full including the bar area, we were seated promptly, but then took 20 minutes to be approached for drinks, the host had to come over and get our drink orders. The server then took our food order about 15 minutes after our drinks finally arrived. We had ordered and appetizer and 2 meals, 35 minutes later still no food, not even the appetizer. Server came back over and told us the kitchen was backed up and asked if it was alright if the appetizer came out with the meals….meals brought out FIRST, and the appetizer came out about 5 minutes after the main meals….the whole point of an appetizer is to have it before your main meal, so we told her we did not want it. Our server did not check on us once throughout our meal, no refills on drinks, finally came over and asked us how everything was tasting when we were all done and ready for the bill. I am a server myself, so I am usually pretty understanding, but it wasn’t busy, and she was giving her other tables attention with no issues. Very disappointed is my visit this this time.
