Mixed feelings with this place. The pizza was delicious and generous with the cheese and toppings and would rate this 5 stars. On the other hand, the donair I had was horrible. Worst donair I've had in recent memory and I've eaten a lot of donairs. Donair was stone cold, no effort to grill or steam the meat before construction. The cheese was still a solid slice sitting in the middle of my donair! Lack of meat and a horrific garlic sauce that tasted more like a ceasar dressing. Even microwaving my donair at home couldn't save it. Tossed it before I could even hit the halfway mark. Thankfully I was able to eat and enjoy my pizza. Would 100% recommend the pizza fully, stay clear of the donairs. Pizza Valley and Donair should change their name to just Pizza Valley. They have no business making what they call donairs. I would rate the donairs here 0. I would sooner eat a 4 month old, cold Hyggard donair from a gas station than a donair from here again.
The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was incredible! Perfectly cooked meat and melted cheese. Loved the sauces as well! Update: Went back again for the cheesesteak sandwich! Got a combo with fries this time. Unbelievably good! The fries were seasoned with special seasoning!
As mom and pop shops go, I enjoyed this thoroughly. I smelled my pizza before I seen it and I knew I was in for good time. The staff was friendly and awfully polite. I'm going back for sure, you should at least give it a try :
Beautiful experience from the owner Burhan, one of the best tasting pizzas in Edmonton! With the different hot, suicide ,sweet and garlic sauces homemade most of them ! nothing like it in Edmonton
I been here 4 times so far and each time it's been an excellent experience. Pizza's have been delicious and the burgers are great as is the wings . I'm making this my go to for great pizza's! My family loves it and so do I with great food& reasonable prices you can't go wrong ordering from here. Keep up the good work!
Picked up a couple of large pizzas today. Really good crust. Nice crunch. Restaurant itself looks really clean and welcoming so we’ll eat in sometime. Lots of cheese and toppings and great price. My husband is Italian and we agreed that the tomato sauce needs more flavour though. Add some spice and maybe some garlic to your sauce and you’ve got a fantastic pizza!
1st try....Still miss the old Victoria Pizza. But this place is quite good. Good taste on all we ordered, could use a little improvement tho...The meat lovers pizza was packed with meat, but the cheese was not browned at all and it was a little under-cooked. The Philly Cheese steak filling was really good but the bun was not toasted, which made it a little too soft and mushy. Fries were way over spiced with the seasoning salt they use. The gravy was really good but lukewarm in the little plastic delivery containers they use. Overall I would give definitely try it again and try other menu items. Give them a go!
It was our first time trying Pizza Valley, and we were definitely impressed. Our pick up order was ready in a short time, and we could hardly wait to get it in the door to try it because of the delicious aroma. We tried the Chicken Shawarma and Chicken Tandoori pizzas which both had generous portions of toppings with just the right amount of kick. Next time we’ll try the thin crust instead of regular, and there are plenty of other tempting offerings on the menu. The medium pizzas were a great value at $13 each, and we got several meals out of our 2 pizzas. We also received a follow up call from the owner which only added to our overall great experience.
Congrats on opening, I've been looking forward to eating here ever since I saw New York style pizza. Sweet sauce, sweet dough, and weird grid cuts everywhere around Edmonton. This place has none of those with a great savoury sauce and thin but still substantial crust. We got an order of wings done hot. They were perfectly fried and sauced. Great deal for the price. Next was supreme fries. This was okay but with a few small tweaks could be amazing. The combination of gravy, taco beef mayo, tomatoes, onion, and cheese wasn't what I was expecting. I think mayo on the side with something green would make this an amazing dish. Canadian pizza, that has the correct ingredients for a Canadian pizza. Topping amount was okay, I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks more for an increase. I understand this is the first week being open and you're doing a great job. Anyone who likes Capital or Royal pizza should give this place a shot.
Not impressed at all of the quality for the price. The meat does not look like high quality. Kids are not even having seconds, and they will usually eat any kind of cheese pizza. The poutine was not finished and thrown out because if its stale taste. I was hoping this would be a close place so that I could move away from ordering from pizza 73. I will be going there again. I have a feeling most of the food will not get finished. Such a waste of money.
