Pizza Salvatoré St-Léonard

I have ordered from Pizza Salvatore in Saint-Leonard several times using their website and I have never had any issues. It's our favorite American-style pizza place to order from when we would like a treat. Our go-tos are the Canadian and the Mediterranean with a side of cheesy bread. We have always been satisfied with the quality and taste.

Delicious pizza and excellent service! Ordering online is pretty easy and love the 50% off section, go check it out! My last delivery was a little late and they offered a 5$ reduction for my next order without even asking! You have to try it!Food: 5/5

Placed an order online. Received a confirmation twice. An hour and a half later I called the restaurant and was told they had nothing in their system... the person I talked to was rude and refused to take any responsibility. Told me to call the center, called them and was told to replace the order and go pick it up myself to "avoid" delays. Really? For all the money they're putting on marketing they could spend a little on customer satisfaction... No?

Ordered 2 for 1 pizza, 2 for 1 poutine and chicken wings. Received one pizza, one poutine and no chicken wings… really? How do you forget more than half someone’s order. Pizza arrived cold and fries were soggy. Don’t let their “deals” fool you into ordering from them, they won’t give you half the food anyway.

We ordered for the first time from pizza Salvatore. We ordered the box of 4 personal pizzas to try a few of their different pizzas, poutine and even their dessert poutine. It was a family hit and will be our new pizza place to order from on pizza nights. :

I ordered a Salvatore poutine twice, the first one I got was great. I ordered it again but they forgot the poutine gravy. They are very inconsistent. My partner has had multiple issues with them forgetting or making poor quality food. It's hit or miss.

Gave me 1 wrong pizza out of 3 and missing 1 topping in one of my pizza but was still very good

Overpriced and worst service ever! Placed an order by phone at 22:15 and received a confirmation email for delivery. At 23:08, I received a second email same order number confirming the delivery. This time a text message with the link to track the order was also sent. At 23:30, tracking became unavailable, so I called the restaurant. They confirmed, again, that my order would be delivered. Waited well over 2 hours to get nothing! Never had this happen to me! Oh! And the kicker, I live a 7 minutes car ride from the place! Save your money, order somewhere else. There seems to be a history of this behaviour and I doubt it will stop...

I ordered the Chinese fondue pizza and I must say it was excellent. However, I didn’t get my complete order. The 2 star is from the complete lack of customer service. You can’t get a hold of anyone. I tried calling immediately after delivery and after being on hold for 45 minutes, I gave up and hung up in frustration. I also filled out the form on the internet and nothing. Hopefully this will get resolved or I’ll be turning to my credit card company to get a refund for the missing item.

First and last time ordering here. I placed my order online for pick up. Arrived at the time of my pickup and waited over 20 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me. I watched one employee at the fry station with no mask talking on her cell phone. The manager was making pizzas in the back with his mask lowered under his mouth. I watched him wipe his face with his hands then proceed to grab the pizza toppings. And if that’s not all… the delivery driver walked in without a mask and headed straight to the kitchen to package the orders without washing his hands. I immediately cancelled my order and will never be returning. Very disappointed as I see many advertisers for this place and was looking forward to trying it.
