Pizza Pizza

A disaster, unsanitary practices & abusive treatment. It took nearly 2 hours to get a "proper" pizza which doesn't even taste deliciously for 27+ bucks. It's stiff, not even warm and they add toppings like if it were freckles or something. I give the guy tips and everything and he gives me a pizza that looks like it was dropped on the floor. The box was wet and easy to open, obviously tampered with. In truth, it should have been free. I call customer service and they said after much trouble okay we send a new pizza. It comes one hour later more... Would have let it slide since hard days happen but the treatment of the delivery guy and the customer service man was obnoxious. I can confirm for a fact this is the absolute last time I will ever order or eat Pizza Pizza products as they cannot guarantee that your food is properly cared for. I'm completely repulsed. There are a bunch of affordable great places in Montreal who actually know HOW to make pizza i.e. Atlas Pizza and be a bit more humane. You deserve better.

Very nice pizza joint that is clean and good. I tried their pizza, it is decent. But it is not the best. Their cauliflower fry is really good. Definitely try it with the jalapeños dip. The garlic and cheese bread is also good. But it is not really good. Maybe the garlic bread is just good without the cheese. They accept cash and card. The point system is good to secure some points to get free pizza in the end. On the whole, it is a decent pizza joint that delivers

After a late night out on Boulevard Saint Laurent, Pizza Pizza was our only vegan option. Thank you for making such an excellent vegan pie late at night. The plant-based chicken sandwich was exquisite as always. We recommend that Pizza Pizza continue to expand and ultimately transition to a fully plant-based menu

We went here because we needed to quickly eat something while on a trip and it was absolutely disgusting. The guy who ordered didn't even have the minimum decency to tell us what drinks they were selling and told us to take a look ourselves at the fridge. When we asked where the napkins were, he simply pointed at them and made us reach over the counter as if it was beneath him to actually hand it to us. Worst of all, he was eating parts of the pizza that he was making for other people and was cooking without gloves so he was digging in with his bare hands and then handing those pizzas to the delivery guy. I've never been more disgusted in my entire life and wanted to ask for a refund right then and there. On top of all this, he was doing it in full view of customers as though there was nothing wrong with this and it was all in a good day's work. I honestly feel sorry for anyone who received those pizzas. The vegetables on our pizza were also barely cooked and had a very odd taste as though they'd been somewhere else or were about to expire before they were added to our pizza. The tomato sauce may have as well been slapped on there without being cooked. It's clear from all the reviews here that despite the owner's apologies and requests to reach out to make things right, nothing has improved at this joint and the employees here have continued their abominable hygeine practices. Go at your own risk. I'd give a -10/10 if I could.

Delivery guy left all my doors open because I gave him no tip Very rude as i paid 3.99 for delivery. This is a big problem for pizza, not respecting their own delivery policy Saw the comments of owner. witch directed me to pizza feedback. I am not looking for some coupons. I am looking at the service you guys give. ITS Worst when you chat online to complain... So its not worthed.

The panzeroto is basically a medium vegetarian folded up and fried up. Edit: I wasn't complaining. Instead of buying a vegetarian medium. I will now ask for a panzerotto as it is only $9.50?? Ten dollarsFood: 3/5

Came here at midnight. Saw actual cockroaches roaming on the pizzas in the front glass display after I ordered 2 slices and asked for a refund. If you respect yourself please don’t eat here :

Order two cauliflower crust pizzas with veggie pepperoni, pineapple, BBQ sauce. Received a thin crust pizza even though we paid extra for the cauliflower crust. Spent 10 minutes on the phone waiting, spoke to a call center rep who questioned me for a long time on if I was mistaken even though I explained twice I've already had the cauliflower crust before. In the end was given a $20 credit that expires in 6 months.

My fried chicken wasn’t cooked in my burger! This alone is a reason never to eat here, but they also forgot ingredients, messed up my order and made me wait an extra 10mins because they forgot to start my order. Terrible

Order a medium pepperoni to go, charged me over 14$, showed them the special after, he said its not available, took forever for my pizza, had to ask for it and it was in the counter in the back, got into the car the pizza was cold, it’s been sitting there for over 15min!! Never again!!
