AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID ! À ÉVITER 1- I called for a delivery on Tuesday, January 29th at night. From the very beginning, the young lady over the phone was extremely rude and seemed annoyed that I called for a delivery. I work with the public, and I have rarely seen someone with such an attitude problem. I am educated, so I am polite and calm with people, but I won't tolerate to be talked like that by someone just because they don't like their job. 2- I ordered a small poutine, a regular hot-dog and a chicken sandwich. The total came up to 31$! At that price, you better grate some gold on my hot-dog and offer me some decent customer service! 3- I don't mind to pay for quality, but the food is average. I didn't like the sandwich, but the poutine was fine. However, it was nothing worth the price. Overall, never again! If you feel like eating fast-food, order from Deli Plus instead. It is half the price and their employees have some manners. 1

Their pizza is fine really. Nothing crazy, but pretty good. I'd order that again. If it was slightly cheaper and I had only ordered that, I might have given 4 stars. However, the fries are quite lame, no good texture or taste. The Pogo was horrible. It just steamed inside the paper bag it was in and had the texture of a microwaved pogo left on the counter for 30 mins. Disgusting. I'm sure it was better originally, but if you do delivery, you have to pack your food properly so it stays good once arrived. The price is not too crazy, but a bit high considering the disappointment I just described.

I tried the steak sub Udinese; another time, I got the cheeseburger Lo Dico burger, poutine and steamed hot dog. They were all delicious! The burger is hefty and really stands out, definitely one of the bigger ones when it comes to pizza places. The hot dog's a fully loaded all-dressed style nice coleslaw topping, and I like the presentation. For the poutine, they use the classic style soft french fries like at Belle Province, Lafleur, etc, the ones meant for a classic poutine; and the gravy is excellent. I'm really looking forward to trying the pizzas later. The person who answered when I called for pick up and at the counter was very nice, great customer service. Thanks!

New best place in Saint-Laurent for pizza, wings and Poutine. Fresh ingredients and generous with the cheese on their pizza. Their wings are really good and their fresh cut fries makes the perfect poutine. Next on my list to try is their burgers!

Lo dico was an exceptional restaurant to dine at. The choices were endless, the service was amazing, and great ambiance.
