Came here for lunch with a friend who works in the area and was completely blown away with the quality of pizza they offer. The dough has an incredible chew to it and they offer huge slices! The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations and I would definitely be back in the future, staff even provided some samples while we waited for our pie! Only downside to this is that I work right next door...and my waistline is going to suffer.
I would rate it 10 stars if I could! This is our favorite takeout place in the city. They never skimp on the quality nor quantity of ingredients. Even the plain flatbread with dipping sauce is so delicious. You can really taste the difference and appreciate the effort they put into making each one an outstanding meal. On top of that, service is always friendly and fast, and the shop environment is very inviting and clean.
Napoletana pizza was very tasty and properly prepared in a large pizza oven from Italy. Friendly staff welcomed us and explained the pizza choices as required. Pizza Rubato Napoletana offers about a dozen ready to go pies on the counter for a selection of a slice or three at what I think is a good price for good food. If you want a whole Napoletana pizza like we did they have a good listing with add-ons available. A large pizza was great for two people- who love good Napoletana pizza. You can can also split the pizza with a different choice on each half. If you want other than pizza, come to Rubato for salads and Italian styled foods too. Located on West Broadway not far from our Holiday Inn Pizza, Rubato Napoletana was a very good spot to go on a Sunday evening and eat in or takeout our pizza.
Authentic Neapolitan pizza here. Sauce is flavourful, crust is bang on - soft and chewy on the inside and crispy at the edges with the perfect amount of charring. It’s mostly a takeout and lunch spot - not really a sit down spot and no alcohol served.
I’ve been here once but this pizza and staff attitude was so nice. Then, I’ve ordered “Rucola” and ate it first time, but this pizza has been one of my favorite pizza in my life. I will only order it in the future. There was many staff but everyone is funny, a good service and good attitude like a family. I love here, I will recommend this restaurant with anyone.
must go if you are looking for the best pizza place in vancover! i liked the crust it was just perfect. also the dough is much more flavorful than most pizzas i've had. and if you like something sweet, they have nutella calzone !! im already craving to go again !!!!
Mamma Mia. Tried 4 slices of different kinds. Diavola, Cappicolo Mushroom, Chicken n Red Onion, and Margarita. They were all superb, but I especially loved the Diavola. I like to eat the pizza first and enjoy the crust separately with the garlic sauce or chili oil. Highly recommend it.
Beyond any pizza place id expect on a busy street. Wood stove pizzas ready by the time you pay. Dough is not overly stuffed like what youd find with standard pie places, and the toppings are like, so good. Falling off the pizza. Ugh. Will make excuses to come back here yo.
First time trying Pizza Rubato Napoletana as it’s new in our neighbourhood and we enjoyed it. Ordered Bocconcini salad, Rucola pizza with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, roasted garlic, red onions and arugula. Also, a Hawaiian pizza. Quality was good and crust was light and yummy. Tried to order cannoli but they were out of them. Will order pizza from here again! Thanks
These guys are awesome! We ordered some pizzas but UberEats cancelled the order, for no apparent reason. We reordered the same pizzas and they added the previous ones which they had already prepared for free!! This is attention to the customer. It was very much appreciated, grazie! By the way, we love this pizza, it is the closest we have found to an authentic pizza napoletana! Grazie mille ragazzi!! Un saluto
