currently trying to get they to customer service. been 10+ minutes now. placed order on the phone and the operator sent it to the wrong store! i sent my buddy to pick it up and now he has to wait. not acceptable this better be 100% free, and not able to get thru to customer service is not acceptable

Convenient location. Washroom was dirty and server at counter could care less after being told. Pizza itself was partially burnt and dried out with very little flavour. Defihitely not what we expected from this franchise.
Friendly staff, large slice for good price, usually lots of slice choices. I had to post because this chain stocks the best honey-mustard dipping sauce anywhere. I don't know who makes it for Pizza Pizza, but please never stop.
One of the better locations to order takeout food from even if their eating area is quite small. Have had a few pizzas from here and not one of them has had a burnt crust or any issues unlike some other local places.
Order a pizza for pickup. When I went to pick it up the delivery driver walked in with no mask on. The guy behind the counter did not have one on until he saw me.
Clean restaurant, washroom not so good. but really good person behind the counter. good deals love it
Good pizza and price. Will be back :-
