Take a look at these two 'delicious' tomatoes margarita pizzas you can receive from this location. I called the location as soon as I opened 2 boxes and the man on the phone tried to tell me that these are the way that margarita pizzas are supposed to look! LOL! I've ordered these dozens of times from other locations and this is certainly not how they are supposed to look, burnt to an absolute crisp. I asked the man who always takes calls at this store for a refund as these were inedible and the man refused a refund and told me he had to speak to a manager... I spoke to the manager and he did refund me but offered no other explanation other than 'lack of training' for whoever made these pizzas. I will never order from this area again from Pizza Hut.
Had a great experience here last weekend. The pizza took only 10 minutes to be ready and was amazing! I love their stuffed crust! The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful!
All of a sudden, after dozens of previous orders and big tips, Pizza Hut Dundas decides they will not deliver to our house because we're a 12 minute drive rather than 10 minutes. When you actually drive it, it is 10 minutes. Seriously, to lose a good customer over 2 minutes. It's just weird. Dominos is farther away and still delivers to us. Thanks Dominos!
Delivery is quick and pizza was yummy
I'm so pleased to have such a convenient and yummy pizza option on the way home from work! And I can order online and pick it up at a specific time: they have a great warming oven, so the pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. Friendly staff at the counter. Just opened: I hope they're busy soon!
This place is very neat and clean, they have great customer service, they have some tables where we can seat and enjoy our pizza most importantly they have marvelous deals going on.
Fast good service. Honestly the pizza was better prepared than any other location I've visited. Highly recommend the margarita pizza
Very disappointing! Got 3 pizzas last night hardly any sauce or cheese on them. Not going there again.
The service here is always fantastic. Always on time fresh and hot. They are all very polite and courteous. Deep and Kishan always go that extra mile., like make a pizza just after closing when they want to go home for the night. They wanted to be sure I got a dinner after a long 16hr shift. Thanks again both of you.
My kid's favourite, so we usually get a personal pan pizza almost weekly here. Decent hot pizza, consistently quick and pleasant service. Not sure what else you would want from a franchise pizza.
