Pizza Pizza

Worst customer experience I have ever lived. They made a mistake with our order 3 times. Never complained but this time I called the pizza pizza customer service they said they would refund and give us the order for free. They refused to refund wouldn't even serve us. Assistant manager and employees stayed in the kitchen the whole time to not serve us. Very very very rude. You never treat the customer like this no matter what especially if it's their mistake. Even the customer service on the phone couldn't believe how immature and unprofessional they were acting.

The team is super nice. The pizza is always good. The service is relatively fast if your waititng for a pizza to cook. It's one of our joints. 😊

Good place to go eat or pickup, prices are ok and the atmosphere is nice since they redid the restaurant. It's a shame you can't get those good special while ordering through phone. Food is good and never got any errors or my orders.

Too many teenagers doing nothing. Was in 2 weeks ago, one boy was behind the counter swearing like a idiot. The poor lady at the cash( the only mature one there) asked politely to please watch his language. He leaned in and swore repeatedly in her face. I'm sorry but that is terrible.anyways,on top of that my pizza wasnt cooked all the way( the dough) and waited at least 20 mins for a med pep pizza. Sorry to put the bad review, but you guys need to get better staff and get on top of things. Thank you.
