Pizza Pizza

Driver drove to the wrong house. I was waving and gesturing right at him and he ignored me. Then he drove away. Called customer service and explained. They told me driver says I ordered to the wrong address (not true, have online confirmation to prove it), then CS says the driver tried phoning me but my number was out of service... the same number I was talking to the CS on at that time. It was now past my 40min, and the CS insisted that if I want my food, I will be paying full price for it, even after I tried to explain to him the logic of my phone being magically "out of service". I used to order from here alot, but now these thieves have my prepaid money but I have no food. All because the driver wanted to cover his ass.

For some reason they can't seem to locate my house. I've tried on their website and calling twice but they still can't locate it. It's only a 10 minute drive from their Dartmouth location so I don't think they're outside the delivery area and nobody mentioned my location as being so.

Love their deep friend pickles and their creamy garlic sauce is so good! $10 XL pep pizza is a great deal and quick to order. $11.11 for a large 3 topping is a great deal too! Use the app to get free items on your next order every time!

We went to Pizza Pizza for their $10 extra large pizza deal and it was great! For $10, you won't be disappointed. The man working was very nice and our pie was ready surprisingly quickly. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Cole Harbour and craving a slice.

I will not be ordering from here again. Wen you call to order a pizza you expect the pizza place that is 15min away to have someone answer that lives in at least the same country. I did not enjoy how the lady couldn't even spell "Dartmouth" and the I went threw three different call centres all in a country that wasn't Canada. Why not have a call centre in your store why are the calls being taken so far away? I will not be ordering again. Thank you for the terrible service
