Absolutely despicable customer service. Complete ripoff. We ordered 5 pizzas and were tracking the order on the app. Usually we get notified after about 20 minutes the order was ready for pickup. Over 30 minutes went by, and at that point, the order should be free. That's their guarantee. I went into the store, and waited for one of the workers to notice I was there. There were three of them but they were too busy talking to look over and see I was waiting. Finally one came over and asked if I was picking up. When I said yes he brought them over. Worker: "So these were paid for already, yes?" Me: "Yes, but it was over 30 minutes so they should be free" Worker: "No, no, not free. The pizzas were ready 35 minutes ago and no one was here to pick up." I ordered at 6:55pm, and this conversation was happening at 7:30pm Me: "How were they ready 35 minutes ago, I only ordered at 6:55?" Worker: "Yes the 5 pizzas were made in..... 6 minutes and no one was here for pickup" Me: "But if they were ready that quick, why didn't you update the app?" Him: "Clearly the application is faulty, you'll have to call help desk" Me: "No it's not faulty, I kept refreshing the app to see if anything would change but it always said order is being prepared." Him: "That is a problem with the application, call help desk. The pizza was ready in 6 minutes so it's not free." At this point, he stops talking to me. He then throws away the receipt on me so I can't see it. He goes into the fridge, throws the dips on the top of the pizza boxes and runs into the back. I had to call him back because he forgot the drinks I had ordered as well. He huffed back up, grabbed the drinks, threw them on the counter, then ran into the back and hid behind a corner. The pizza was bland as well. Dryer than normal, and barely any sauce. If you want pizza in Sarnia, go somewhere else. Pizza Pizza is a ripoff, and have no customer service skills at all. EDIT: Called customer care, was told the 30 mins or free guarantee is only a "promise time to let customers know when to come pick up their order" according to their representative
I'm lover and I like to eat in different locations but when I try in Pizza Pizza It was too tasty and I usually prefer pizza from the Pizza Pizza Finch drive Vegetarian options: It's 5-6 different vegetarians pizza Parking: Finch drive
I moved to Sarnia recently and visited this pizza pizza. I tried Supreme meat pizza and loved it as always. Satwinder gave an exceptional customer service experience. Right from welcoming us into the store with a big smile and suggesting us on what to try she was too good. Would love to visit the store again. Good luck guys!
Exceptionally good pizza restaurant. The staff was very friendly and recommended an excellent pizza to me. I met an employee by the name of Nihar, who is really kind and cheerful. I adore their offerings.
Lately I’ve noticed that pretty much all the employees there expects tips from the customers. Yesterday I ordered a medium pizza and the front cashier waited to check how much i tipped him after the transaction. Also they are stingier on the cheese and toppings, literally had 8 pcs of sausages on the pizza. Not a nice experience, very disappointed.
Ordered xlarge triple cheese triple sausage and got single cheese and single sausage. Called costumer service and they told me that they called the store and that the store said they put triple cheese and triple sausage when clearly they didn't. Essentially nothing was done about it and I got ripped off for topping I payed for that I did not get on my pizza.
I ordered late night delivery, keto pizza with feta and double spinach. Such a sad, pathetic spinach-less pizza. Excellent delivery service, usually average qualify food... don't punish the customers for ordering at night with yucky food.
I have been in the store half a dozen times now. Good service! Good deals! I always had the pizza in hand within 10 to 15 mins after ordering. Love the Mushroom Flourentine pizza!
It was so nice to have here for pizza. Taste was really good. Ashish was so nice & took very nicely
