That was my first time here. I've to wait 7 minutes before being seated, as the host was over the phone. I was very close to leave after all the waiting time, but I've decided to stay. We got seated and the waitress came to present himself. He told us that he was busy and would take a few minutes before being able to take our order. However, he took over 17 minutes before coming back to take our order. I can understand to be busy, but that is a little too much. In the main time, three other tables were seated and got their orders placed by another waitress before us. The food was good. The tap beer was flat and is expensive.

The food here is really good and the service is always super friendly. The hells kitchen chicken is really good if you like anything spicy or buffalo flavored. Yes the food is pricey but worth the money

I like their Italian Wedding soup, and so does my son. He was sick and wanted Italian Wedding from East Side. For $7.99, I was expecting a decent portion. I was shocked when I poured it in a bowl. The attached image is the full contents of the small cup they give you for $7.99. Considering you get unlimited when you order an entree and eat in, I figured it would be at least as much as you’d get in a can of soup for $1.99. Never again. Increase your portions or lower the price. This was 100% a rip off.

Being the evening before New Years Eve day the restaurant was packed. The brunette guy taking names down was polite and empathetic with all those who asked questions and he kindly provided calm and effective answers, keeping everyone in the know. Clear communication and context is everything. The bartender was quick to get our drinks orders in to keep up entertained. Our female server with curly brown hair and glasses was friendly and polite. All staff were extremely busy but helping each other out with cutlery, refilling drinks and getting food out if staff was occupied with other guests young blonde thank you. Everyone was on the ball and so great. There’s a great team that works there. The food was great which is hard when it’s so busy but the chefs were smiling and had great rapport with the front of house. To whoever kept clean dishes and cutlery coming out in busy times huge shout out. It was packed in the restaurant. Happy holidays ESM crew

Appies were hot and huge. Mains were equally delicious. Now let's evaluate the service. Julie G Was super friendly. Just attentive enough and has a great sense of humor. Simply put, "just a good server." We would come back for sure. Parking: Plenty of spots busy or not.

Ordered take out on the 13th of December. Paid 18.99 for a family salad half if not more of the salad had black/dark lettuce i cannot believe they served that. It was thrown out. Nobody ever followed up with me after my complaint. Food was sub-par it's hit and miss here.

Had dinner here, The service was great and the waiter was very nice. The meals we had were amazing and came out relatively quick. Definitely will be dining here in the future.

Been here twice. Both times, my food was burnt to the point it was black, but raw inside still. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on my first visit. On my second, I did not even have the energy to complain as I had already waited an hour to get my food, and just wanted to get home. In my most recent visit, the server nearly charged an extra $8 for an alcoholic beverage I did not purchase.

Our waitress was really nice but this place is not what it used to be. I used to love coming to ESM Sarnia. Our experience today was beyond disappointing. To start, it took about 55 minutes from the time we placed our order to receive our food for our table of 5. One of the starter soups tomato was cold upon arrival, the pasta for our chicken parm was under cooked, the talapia was over cooked and “chewy” which is the last thing you want for a fish. My brother who got the soup and the talapia was voided the fish dish he literally had two bites of his meal but not the soup. The owner charged for another soup to make up for it which made absolutely no sense but we just paid and left anyway. The support staff and servers worked hard and it is very evident with their work ethic but this was a very disappointing experience and made worse when the owner didn’t attend to our table after all of these issues.

Amazing experience at the Sarnia location! The employees were very kind and even though they were busy. They kept their cool and got orders done quite quickly and gave us outstanding customer service! The food was great maybe a little hard on the salt but cannot complain on anything else! I will return when I visit sarnia again for I am in ridgetown or ramens 1 hour to arrive it will be worth the trip!
