We wanted to dine in, at 5pm on a Sunday. Literally had only take out. Such a shame. Pizza hut in the 90s was the best sit down pizza joint. Ice cream. Buffet for pasta and salad. It was almost impossible to go there and not wait. Look at where you are now.... Can't even eat in anymore. Our pizza was way overcooked when we got home to eat it. Pizza hut just aint what it used to be. No kid would be asking to have their birthday party there these days
Very great customer service & food handling . The Gm is great, she’s a very helpful & lovely woman . She very well organized and very nice; Handling every order with care . The Pizza Hut crew is great over all very helpful and nice people . Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly & very good customer service. Parking: Very easy parking !! Wheelchair accessibility: Great Dietary restrictions: Very great with dietary restrictions!!
This was my first visit at Pizza hut. I must say after a long time My entire family was very satisfied with Pizza. My wife almost gave up on pizzas but she loved pizza here. Now onwards pizza will coming to my house from Puzza hut only.. taste was amazing, base was really soft and cooked properly. I strongly recommend Breadsticks also. Uniquely soft and delicious . Staff was great and friendly. Another 5 STARS for the staff. If senior management is reading this survey please give them extra bonus for their great customer service. Vegetarian options: They have variety of veggies toppings. Plant based sausage was very flavorful. Vegetarian folks should try this.
A clean, neat, cozy and nice place to relax for a bit and enjoy a yummy pizza.
My husband accidentally placed an order for pick up last night at 10:30pm. I immediately called and the guy working was super helpful. He changed it to delivery for us with no hassle. Wonderful customer service! Also we got the treat box, everything was warm & delicious upon arrival.
HORRIBLE. I wish I could give it ZERO stars. The driver was extremely ignorant. Hung up on us twice and lied to us. You can NEVER get ahold of the actual location, you always get rerouted to customer service. Waited now over an hour for my pizza that never showed up. Asked for a call from the manager, never got one. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. DO BETTER PIZZA HUT.

This location only had take out still but the service was great. The food was picture perfect and tasted awesome. The counter attendant felt bad they didn't have in house dining available so he included a bag containing paper plates, cutlery and napkins. Thank you for the great service!
Very disappointed that the lunch buffet is no longer available. This is something that I used to frequent when I lived in Sarnia and every time I would return to Sarnia I would take my nephew's and enjoy the great selection on the buffet. Back in town only to find out they have discontinued the buffet.
Hello to Everyone reading this. Sarnia Pizza Hut is really Good ! All Staff & All Management are super Nice, Polite, Kind, Helpful, Friendly & Understanding. They all do their jobs so well ! As a Customer they're really glad to see you there & they really want you to go back over & over again. They all have Superior Customer Service Skills. The staff there obviously have top notch training. They go above & beyond. Honestly they provided the BEST Customer Service that I've seen in the Restaurant business in a very long time. If you're not happy there not happy. If your happy then they're really truly happy as well. I highly recommend anyone that would like to get a Pizza, Wings, Salad or more to call them or go online to place your order. Pizza Hut Sarnia you all ROCK ! I'll order again from you hopefully one day soon. I am 100% highly recommending it. Just do it & order from the Hut ! Thank You, Sincerely, BRENDA
