Ordered Pizza, mushroom wasn't cooked thrown ontop probably after it came out the oven. Called to complain and get a new order they didn't even give me 2 seconds to explain I got rerouted to customer service to wait 10 minutes to get an answer. The representative acted like it was no issue kept asking if it was in edible. They cooked the pizza and added the mushroom after the fact. Raw mushroom... of course it's not edible. Terrible service. Didn't get to eat until another 40 minutes after the call.
If there will be a option for zero star… I would love to hit that … ordered so many times from this location … last night ordered veggie pizza , was literally undercooked… veggies were raw … crust was doughy… I complined, after 10 minutes gave me just credit of $7. They said they can’t do anything …. not ordering anymore … I will recommend not to order from pizza pizza …
Ordered well done large Pizza with veggies turns out that veggies mainly tomatoes was just thrown at the top of pizza, with slices of tomatoes that is not appropriate to eat… Felt very disappointed with the services..
The point of pizza pizza was always that it wasn't necessarily the best pizza in town but it wasn't bad and it was cheap quick and friendly. It is now none of those things. The website failed on me twice so I ordered with customer service which took over 30 minutes and I have now waited over an hour and 20 minutes for two pizzas. I called customer service to check on the order and they said it will arrive any minute. No it has not. My Kids are hungry and obviously ordering from this place was a mistake. I won't be making that mistake twice. Five star reviews are obviously fake you can tell if you look at enough of them. Will be avoiding this place going forward. The delivery driver was friendly. He deserves credit for that.
I just got my pizza and it is not cut into pieces and it was cold. I was really disappointed from this. I've eating from pizza pizza from so long and ths time it was not worth it.
Ordered at 5:17, got old pizza late at 6, argued with customer service and was told we would get a replacement. At 8 we got half of the order 'replaced'. Declined since it has been 2 hours after the first pizza. Again, I argued with customer service and wouldn't get a refund. Now I'm writing a review at 2 in the morning, about a pizza that was meant to be 'replaced' multiple hours ago. Horrible experience.
I had lunch today and Sandi the lady employee was super friendly and very competent at her job and seemed to enjoy working. The restaurant was very clean, especially for this time of year and the pizza was excellent. I'll be back.
Well, I ordered two X-Large and one medium pizza at 8:00 pm and picked it up at 8:30 out them one X-Large pizza had creamy garlic base sauce with green pepper, red onion, pineapple and jalapeños. The whole pizza was missing pineapple. I called the pizza pizza customer service for replacement. Firstly, I was kept on hold for almost 15 mins then after explaining everything I was transferred to someone else I again explained the problem and lately I was transferred to the store and ended up explaining everything. After a long discussion they agreed to send another pizza at 9:30. The pizza was expected to reach within half n hour that is by 10:00. But the pizza arrived at 11:00 that is one hour late and yes the pizza was not cooked for human to eat and it was colder than a soft drink. The new pizza had 5 TOPPINGS except 4 that is PINEAPPLE, GREEN PEPPER, JALAPEÑOS, RED ONIONS AND ‘HAIR’. We threw the whole pizza within a minute after opening the box. My family ended up sleeping without dinner as we had no time or energy to repeat the whole process again after spending good amount of money for the dinner. All thanks to pizza pizza for ruining our day
Usually, our Pizza is excellent, but when we ordered last evening, something was just not right. We ordered an XL with Pepperoni, Bacon crumble, and BBQ Sauce drizzled on top. The pizza was cold,and it had hair on the bottom. But, I spoke to someone, and the phone on their end went dead
ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Ordered a pizza from here tonight it was over cooked, And I pulled out a HAIR WHILE MID CHEWING MY SLICE OF PIZZA. DONT ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS U WANT AN EXTRA UNWANTED INGREDIENT IN UR PIZZA !!!!!! Completely disgusted.
