enjoyable experience, every time! photos aren't as good, but food was very good.. service as well. reasonably priced.. unlimited soup garlic tomato or wedding soup for options, salad and bread really yood bread! -so you're guaranteed to fill whatever appetite. ate with a senior, cost 50 or 60.Food: 5/5

Decide after many years to give Eastside Mario another try, to my disappointment I have to say, was no where near worth the price. The food is over price, small portions and my salad was swimming in dressing. I ordered the veal lemons, the fries and veal was so greasy had no taste to the food, very bland. It did not change my mind about this place it actual confirmed that it is still not up to standard. Complaints taken to management and they did not even come to see if they could help. As for my server she did do all she could to help to her capabilities and she was very pleasant.

It was my first time at Mario’s. It was a nice family restaurant to enjoy Italian cuisine. The ambiance was nice. The food quality was ok & not too fancy. The portion was reasonable. They offered free refill of fresh bread, soup & salad if you ordered their main course. It was a bit pricey but the service was good so it was worth it.

The East Side Mario's franchise is a Canadian chain that offers casual Italian/ North American style dining mixing experiences from Old World Italy and Contemporary North America Italy. The Belleville franchise restaurant did a good job to screen me for covid protocols and directed me to my table that was sandwiched beside the bathroom and kitchen. This area is terrible, not only is it blocked off from viewing the rest of the ambience of the restaurant, it was also cold when people walked in and out of the restaurant and noisy from bathroom and kitchen sounds. I asked to get relocated to an acceptable area and they placed me in a booth close to the bar and big screen TVs. The tomato soup tasted good and was well complimented by the freshly baked roll of bread. I also enjoyed the chilli pepper that was mixed within the sausage penne pasta. The service and prices were ok. If you like my reviews, videos or photos don't throw tomatoes. Just give a buddy boom, buddy bing and a thumbs up.

Table of 11 for a birthday, service was excellent. Waitress was very knowledgeable, manager checked in on our table as well. Food came out quickly and we enjoyed unlimited salad, soup and bread. Our meals were really good quality and quantity! Staff came out as a group to sing happy birthday which made the visit extra special. Kid-friendliness: Kids meals were great and had coloring to keep them entertained. The staff really liked our 6 month old who was reading the menu too. Wheelchair accessibility: All one level, easy to get into.

Throughout the meal, Lindsay was incredibly attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations that were perfect for my taste buds. Her attention to detail was impressive, as she made sure that my drink was always refilled, and that my meal was cooked to perfection. What stood out most to me about Lindsay was her genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was memorable!

Wife had a pretty rough day today so we decided to goto our local east side Mario's. Lindsay was awesome and treated us really well. Your rock Lindsay! Thank you Parking: Parking is just the mall parking but very close to entrance

Dined in with my wife last night around 7pm. Server was Kira and she was happy, friendly and attentive. Very impressed with her service. The drinks, bread, and soups were delicious as always. We were disappointed with the pastas. My spaghetti and meatball meal was dry and bland, barely any flavour. My wife's meal was an Alfredo dish I forget which one, which was equally bland. I was hoping for something much more flavourful, seeing as how we were at an Italian restaurant. Overall, service was excellent, but the pastas need some work.

I ordered lunch on my work break and although it was just soup it was amazingly presented and package. They went above and added lots of shredded cheese to top it off. I was pleasantly surprised and very much enjoyed my crisp lunch break enjoying this meal. Also they had it prepared well before the designated pickup time. The hostess saw me waiting and came to me promptly. Very impressed with service as well. THANK YOU !!

Came in tonight and it was super busy, but the service was excellent. We were seated quickly and respectfully. Our server was Kira and she was great! She was very nice and made sure everything met our needs. The food came out fast, was hot, and was cooked to my liking. Was overall great experience. Will be coming back soon!
