We went here before a show at the empire. Ordered caesar salad and Busietta bread. It was terrible ends of yellow romaine lettuce dressing no taste no garlic. The bread was soggy and didn't taste like brusheeta. Pop was flat terrible service. Never go backFood: 1/5
I have never, ever, EVER left a restaurant before I had eaten my meal. Today was a first. I'm glad I went for the experience, it was hilarious! I am so embarrassed for the people who own this and think they have a fine restaurant. Started with calamari and "famous" meatballs. Calamari was well over cooked. Meatballs were processed, and only warm while the sweet tomato sauce and goopy cheese over and around them were piping hot. I wanted to try the rigatoni, but they were "out of stock". I went with the chicken cacciatore, wife ordered the chicken saltimbocca, which says it is marinated in white wine. My dish was disgusting with lots of water in the bottom of the dish. My wife's dish, despite saying it was marinated in white wine, had red wine poured over it after cooking, not cooked in. Both chickens were rubbery. We took one bite of our entrees and got up to leave, we offered to pay for the food we had ordered even though it was awful but they graciously only charged us for the apps we had eaten.
3.5/5 Pizza was good and fresh. But garlic bread was total disappointing. Grocery store quality plus it was badly burnt. Please either put smaller dough ball or don’t put it as it destroyed our pizza in centre.
Sadly flavorless food italian food should be light and flavourful. Garlic bread was just a cheap roll, very little butter or garlic. Alfredo sauce from a jar The waitress has been working there for 25 years and she poured a drink back into the bottle! I wouldn't believe if I didn't see it with my own eyes
Went to Jim’s before a concert last night so it was very busy in there. Our food was delicious! Thumbs up to the extremely busy waitresses for doing such a good job. We’ll definitely be going back!
This should be a question mark for any stars. We looked up their menu online and the first two pages look just like any other pizza place then the third page is tiny and unreadable and looks like it has a piece of wire dangling over the page ....we are stumped but not going to tempt fate on this one. Bizarre. Menu is confusing, are you Greek or Italian, just pick one. The website just takes you to a Facebook page and it's not listed the same. Wow.
Start to finish. Ordering to delivery. I asked for well done. 10/10. My pizza, exactly the way I like it Cheers
This Greek and Italian restaurant is excellent. The food is very delicious and the owner of the store was very respectful to all their customers. The food portions was large and filling. We highly recommended this place to anyone who enjoys Greek and Italian cuisine.
As tourists in the area, we were wondering where to eat. The advices on Google were right: I had a Jim's special combination pizza and it was very good. All the family members were happy with their choice of meal. And the waitress was so kind with us! The only downside is the weird choice of heavy metal radio station...
