Pizza Nova

Recent ownership change has left a bad taste in my mouth. Messed up on a walk-in order... twice! ... Sorry Pizza nova in Peterborough. The language barrier at the counter was a fail for me. I don’t mind paying more for a great product, and we have loved their pizzas in the past, but I was insulted when the owner offered me a free dipping sauce to make up for my bad experience... sauces are free anyway! Message to all business owners, you have to be careful these days with customer satisfaction, people will drop you in a heart beat. We make our own pizzas at home now, using naan bread. Sooo good, it’s a little work but it’s also fun... and I get back my anchovies which pizza nova didn’t have anymore either. Bye bye pizza nova.

Best pizza in town, always accommodating when orders get screwed up which honestly has maybe happened once. The square party is the my favourite. Never disappointed. The app is very easy to use.

Very dissapointed in the customer service! Pizza nova Called because they couldn't fufill our order properly. We changed our order over the phone to 2 medium pizzas instead of 1 small 1 med but when it arrived they did not give us 2 med. When we called they told us we can only order another pizza at full price. We ended up paying more then we should have if we got 2 mediums. We order here often, this is the last time.

Ordered here many times - needed a box for my daughter's school project, offered to pay for one, staff flatly refused unless a pizza and in it. Went to Papa John's and a nice clean box was provided FREE with no purchase and staff wished my daughter success with her project. Guess where I will buy my pizza from now on.
