75% of the time I go here the order is missing something. I ask for no lettuce and almost every time it has it anyway. If I get something extremely simple it is usually right, and by simple I mean one large chicken dish. I recommend going to Popeyes. I just wish they had a drive through. I have abandoned this place, even though their chicken used to be like crack and I still crave it. It is definitely terrible quality food at this point. Get your stuff together, KFC. It is just sad at this point.

Needs more staff but chicken is always cooked all the way through and fries are always crispy

Love the chicken. Not that happy about the way they make sandwiches. Could possibly take more care placing toppings.

I ordered a 20 piece bucket meal all white meat paid extra for the white meat 20 mins later was told no white meat i had to wait so i said ok np 30 mins later still told i had to wait longer 45 mins later and a promise of free strawberry shortcake i got my meal after paying over 70 dollars i drove bck to havelock when i got home opened ti the bucket to find all my chicken soggy and the skin falling off called the store was put on a list for a free meal not even close to the amount i spent so pissed never again will i eat there or orfwr from them again only thing is the kid on the front counter was decent but still never going back.
