Jopapas Pizza & Wings

We have been a long term customer and used to be happy with our orders. The last couple of order were not up to the quality we had expected. Today we received our food order. Pizza was cold and they forgot blue cheese sauce for our wings. I called. Received a very uninterested response from the girl taking my complaint, however she said someone would send over the blue cheese. Received a call back a couple of minutes later from a very confrontational women telling me we didn't order blue cheese when we placed the order. I told her all our orders came with blue cheese, and wasn't specified before. She told me it should have been ordered at the time. I also told her about the cold pizza, which she had no reply. I told her we won't be ordering from Jopapas any longer, and was told fine, you are out of area anyway! Nice customer service Jopapas! Pizza Nova makes better pizza anyway!

Used to order all the time. Good pizza. These days I can't get an answer on the phone.. Too bad. I enjoyed it in the past

Best pizzas in the area. Be nice if the staff service customers with a smile all the time, rather then once in a while.

Jopapa's does not pick up their phones after 9pm, even though they are open until 10pm. So if you are thinking of grabbing a late pizza on your way from work, theres no chance of ordering before hand because they avoid their phones in order to avoid any late deliveries.

Despite a very intense event with the store previously, I have to say their food is actually pretty tasty.
