Pizza Nova

A mix up happened with my order, and not only did they exceed customer service to resolve the issue, but we got a free pizza, extra wedges, and a drive home! It was freezing tonight and we would have been stuck walking or taking the bus so huge thanks to the guys at this location, you guys are awesome, and food was great!

Good pizza but why in the world don't they sell two lite bottles of pop. Cans and small bottles go with the slices but I bought four pizzas then had to make a trip to the convenience store next door.

Probably the worst major pizza chain in Toronto. I bought from this location the other day, my pizza was so thin and cheap it was like eating a crispy crust. There was barely any cheese, it looks like they cheap out on the amount of cheese on the pizza, and the cheese is of a bad quality they use. The crusts are rock hard and one of my crusts were burnt badly I had to throw it out. Some positives are that the dipping sauce is more than decent, and the pepperoni was cooked well, had to be if my pizza was semi-burnt. Their service is pretty quick also, but what good is all this if their pizza taste so bad? That's why I give 1 star.
