Good taste, dough is actually on the non sweet side for pizza which is a good thing. The thickness of the dough is also good, tomatoe sauce won't give you a heartburn it is well balanced. The cheese is not so flavorful but is well balance with the ingredients. Pepperoni was spicy and really greasy. Price is average for the quantity and quality. Will try again.

Ordered a pizza online for the whitby location said 60min! Went to the store had to wait another 15! To get a pizza that wasn’t cooked, and couldn’t even grab a piece without it falling apart, some slices only had half the toppings and like zero cheese. Terrible pizza. I’ll never go back!

Overall good pizza, friendly customer service. A bit expensive, crust/sauce could be better... but if you're looking for an artisanal pizza with premium toppings, then this is for you.

Have ordered from here before, delivered a few times to the Durham College area but have changed their 'delivery' system so now won't deliver to my address. Paid $10 tip for really fast service on a couple of occasions. It was really good pizza, but if you don't deliver, to A PLACE YOU'VE DELIVERED BEFORE, how can I order. Won't be back. So you're shaming me, when you wouldn't come to phone and you hung on me? Do I have that right? You could have spit out this corporate word salad to me on the phone, but you chose not to by hanging up on the phone - twice? Excellent management skills, and at this time, although 'Artisanal', and your pizza's good that's not the argument, you're no better than the other pizza places... You could have and should have explained you corporate decision. I still would have picked up the pizza - it's worth it - but since you're playing this out on Google review - no more. You could've had the balls to call me back answerer took my number and explain.

Great pie, nice crisp on the crust. Has been good each visit and everyone in the family enjoys.

Pre-ordered 2 large pizzas for a specific time. Was looking forward to oven fresh pizza so we arrived on time, but pizza was cold and had clearly been sitting there for a long time! All family members were disappointed. We also ordered the vegan bruschetta, but it was loaded with mushrooms, and only a few cherry tomato halves no bruschetta!! Will not order again. This was my special birthday dinner with my family :

Amazing Food- Tried their Cheese & veggie pizzas- loved it and will try again- courteous staff- quality of Veggie Pizza was top class with well maintained crust with supporting quantity of ingredients.

The best pizza in Whitby by far. Walked in was greeted by the best staff. They just finished making a pizza for themselves and shared it while I waited for my pizza to get ready.

I started going to this pizza place about 4 months ago… we always order the ciccilian 1st 4 were very good, last 2 including tonight were loaded with grease n under cooked… try to lift a slice n everything falls off… terrible! Very disappointed & will go back to Michael Kellys.
