I work in an office above 201, and we order from them all the time!

Great, friendly staff. Never have had an issue with an order. And, we've had a beer at the bar from time to time, and I have also been to a few private events in their upper room - it's a nice atmosphere.

Bartender , Tony Miller needs to be fired!!!!  I saw him refuse to serve a young girl on Saturday night!  He didn't even give a reason why.  As soon as the girl walked in the bar, he looked at her, shook his head and her, and told he won't serve her, seems like discrimination to me.  He told the girls friend that he would serve her, but not her friend.  Funny, the girl he refused to serve is the x-wife of a good friend of his!  Can bartenders just pick and choose who they want to serve?  Apparently at 201 tavern they can do so!!! This is a bunch of BS!  Needless to say, the friend and other girl went to the lower bar, and Tony Miller left his post at the upper bar, and told the bartender not to serve this particular girl he doesn't like!!!  Great hire there 201!  What a POS  Tony Miller is!!!   I hope no one ever goes there, especially if he isn't FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!   I called today to complain, but management at 201 didn't want to listen to anything I had to say!!!  What a bunch of losers!!!

Good food. They helped us out with a fundraiser and in the end we were fairly disappointed. We had not a great turn out but did everything from weeks of flyering, to Facebook live videos putting out all the details even had friend going live showing our Silent Auction Items and Karaoke. The problem we heard from everyone who came was, "what the hell was with $5 and $7 beers?" I have been in this industry since 19 years old (almost 20 years) as a server all over and no one EVER upcharged for a fundraising benefit. Seriously we didn't have some well known band to draw that large of a crowd so disappointed to say the least. And yes I heard the comments from some of the staff regarding someone being "retarded"and hopefully they are out of here soon . Seeing as how we were raising for The Epilepsy Foundation I would have hoped for help with advertising since it would have benefitted their establishment. So all in all there were some great to work with, great food but the whole experience really didn't impress me. I thought it was a way for them to make a new opinion from the public for a new place and a venue for us at the same time. Instead it almost felt like failure. Better luck next time.

I was so excited about this place but it's just been a disappointment. The renovations look fantastic. The drinks are great. The servers are friendly and work super hard. The food is so-so. You read the menu and think, that sounds amazing and you get it and its just blah. The wings however are phenomenal - they're the same ones from the Well as they're owned by the same people, but the Well serves larger quantities for less money and has more sauce options. The kitchen is just way too small to handle a place this large. They had the same problem when it was River City. They just can't keep up and the service is slow. Not impressed with owners or management either.
