Pizza La Différence

Horrible customer service, I used to be a loyal customer, only ordered pizza from these guys. But today, my mother ordered a pizza with one of their online coupons, the coupon CLEAR AS DAY states "present this coupon". NOWHERE does it say I have to waste printer ink and paper and print it out for them. I got to the location to pick it up and the guy (who appeared to be the manager) said I HAVE to print it in order to get the coupon price. We assumed we could show it on the phone because there is NOTHING TO SCAN ON THE COUPON! It is literally just a sign that states that it's a coupon and that it must be shown. Harvey's has no problem with this, you just show them the coupon on your phone and that's it. It's 2017, why are we wasting paper on useless coupons that you can't even scan! VERY disappointed, never coming back again, all they had to do if they really needed a piece of paper was go in the back and waste their own printer paper and ink and put it into their cash register.

Hands down the best quality for price. Love it. Especially larger group prices are a steal.

Good place for a fast bit to eat, Great Pizza. Was closing earlier than posted, but that has been fixed.

Refused a coupon on my cel phone claims has to be printed, Nowhere on the coupon does it say must be printed employee possibly manager, refused to honor it lost a customer over 4$

Very bad customer service, long wait not even in rush hour and disgusting unsanitary environment.
