Pizza Hut

Such a disappointment and waste of money. First time ordering from them and never will again. I spent $70 for basically bread with a smear of sauce. There was hardly any toppings or cheese. Not worth the money I spent. There are more local pizza places that actually give you toppings and charge less. This is not the pizza hut I remember from my youth at all. If you want bread with a hint of topping then order here. If you want real pizza with toppings and cheese, order everywhere.

Horrible service, I’ve ordered online a few times and got no pizza, called In and they still take over an hour, or I’ve called In 30-15 minutes before they close to place a order and nobody will answer. Go somewhere else. They put 0 effort into making their pizza.

I went to this location just before Christmas. First, I had called to place an order, but the man said he couldn’t place an order and actually asked me if I wanted the store number so that I could place it directly. I declined the offer because I was already in Spruce Grove so, I decide to drive there. When I came in there was a man there with his young son placing an order for take-out. Then it was my turn, I had a flyer with their offers so I showed the young lady what I wanted, she said “I’m sorry, we can’t give you that it’s a misprint.” I asked to speak to the manager because if you have offers out there you need to honor them otherwise it’s false advertising. The woman that came out next informed me that she wasn’t the real manager, but she said she’d allow the offer to be put through, she’d “give it to me” like she was doing me a favour. It’s their job to honor what they put out there not mine, I’m a paying customer! I waited for my $70 order to be ready nearly for 45 minutes! After 30 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and that’s when I found out they had forgotten one pizza, but no one had the decency to let me know. Remember that customer I mentioned earlier? He called in while I was waiting to complain that his order was incomplete and unsatisfactory. Great! Just what I wanted to hear! Of course the cashier forgot to give me my three sauces and a side of marinara sauce too. I had to run back in to ask for it. One more thing, I observed the cashier going back and forth from the front to the back, she would stuff cheese in the crusts until the next customer came then go back to the front. I never saw her wash her hands or use gloves. Lastly, the “I’m not really the manager” manager is the one running the new location is Spruce Grove, she told me that. I won’t be coming back to either locations. I’d give this place a 0 if I could. My friend told to try the 2 for 1 pizza place on Kingsway so I’ll check them out next time.

I have ordered here twice now. The first time the panormous pizza had 1/4 of the pizza with no sauce or cheese and it was barely warm. The second time I ordered a stuffed crust that took over an hour to deliver, was cold and wasn’t a stuffed crust. When I called the store to ask for a replacement and for a discount or free app the manager said that the pizza would be free. I said it was cold so I would pick it up on my own. He said it would be ready in 15 min. I got there in 20. He didn’t give me the pizza free or even discounted. The pizza was barely warm right at the time that I got it and all he did was give me an exchange and offer 20% off my next order. I used that 20% already in tipping the driver and then burning my own gas there. Never. Going. Again.
